Poor service
Placed an order which was accepted and payment in full taken. This was on a Friday. Didn't hear anything until the Monday saying the item was discontinued and they didn't have it in stock. Had to wait a full week until the Friday again to receive a refund!

Good afternoon,
We are genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the timeline of your order.
We have thoroughly investigated this issue and would like to clarify that your order was received at 19:17hrs on Friday 9th October, which is outside of our standard office working hours. As noted in our Terms & Conditions, all orders received after 3pm are processed the next working day. In this case this was Monday 12th October.
We can advise that our Customer Support Team Member made contact with you on Monday 12th October at 13:57hrs to advise that, unfortunately the item ordered was not available and alternatives were offered. Following your request a refund was processed immediately. Please note that while we initiate refunds instantly on our end, standard UK banking systems typically take 3–5 working days to clear the funds into your account.
We do appreciate that delays, however caused, can lead to frustration and we appreciate your feedback.
Kind regards

Aqualiser shower accessory
The whole order process went flawlessly, from reading the website, to the order, to your keeping me updated and then delivery on the promised date. The Aqualiser shower head was identical to the one I had seen on the maker's website except that the price was much less.
I will be sure to look you up next time I need a plumbing part.
