Silver Street is a terrible company to deal with if you need to do a return. Well, in fact, you can't do a return; after contacting customer service several times, they sent me a link for a prepaid return, but the order number required was not accepted.

Customer service took a long time to get back to me and then kept telling me to try again, so I can't return them, and I am certainly not going to pay for the return, as I do not believe that the company would refund me for the shoes.

Purchased the Foster leather backpack and am very pleased with both the product and the quick delivery service. This is a good quality genuine leather product as opposed to a “real leather” backpack sold on an alternative leather goods website (Kern Leather) which was a cheap quality Chinese PU item at a similar price.

Well I have just received an email issuing a refund when I was actually expecting my shoes no correspondence telling me why I have been refunded thats pretty dire

The product was very poorly made and did not reflect the price it was advertised at. On top of that, the trainers looked like they had already been worn. The shoelaces were dirty, and there were visible creases at the toe section.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t just this particular item. I also ordered another pair from elsewhere and found a similar issue, so I am now returning both.

The trainers clearly appear to be made from very cheap materials, with a strong plastic-like smell. The workmanship is also extremely poor, particularly where the suede is fraying.

Overall, considering the very high price, these items are of low quality, poorly made, and not fit for purpose. On top of all this, I have to pay for the tracked postage back to them. I certainly will not be ordering from this company again.

Very nice shoes indeed; they look well made and stylish too. Surprisingly comfortable straight away which I don't always expect from new shoes. Will buy again from Silver Street.
