via b&q failed with 2 delivery companies to deliver 5 litres of patio paint.
Got refund.
Have half painted patio!!

Ordered direct from siramico, arrived quickly. Coverage excellent, used a brush for edges and spray gun for body of panels. Goes on really well with both, only time will tell how it protects, but it looks great, and if my hands are any indication, it will protect for a long time.

Zero customer service! Never received item.
Useless

Ordered a 1 litre Direct to rust tin of Sage colour to repaint our cast iron garden table and 2 chairs.....my wife did all the preparation (she loves that bit) and also the painting.....It looks phenomenal up to now as she is now on the 2nd chair with still the table to go.....lovely paint and came across Saramico by accident.....we always check reviews which doesn't mean if reviews aren't good we leave alone.....the paint came well packaged.....such an awesome experience....will certainly be buying more direct to rust from Saramico in the future as we have a garden full of metal items to upcycle....the only negative I can give is the limit of colours but certainly no Biggy for us......

We took on the GravelHold as a sole distributor-
despite numerous attempts to develop this, we got no enquiries or marketing support.
Our emails/phone calls aren't replied to and their back up has been zero.

The paint went on well but 2 days later it rained hard and the paint started to come off in places we contacted the company and sent photos and asked for a full refund compensation and something to remove the rest of it.There response was to send a replacement tin we contacted them again and they gave us a refund and sent a 5 ltr acetone which didn't work so we sent more photos and their response was to a get a scrapper on it. To say I'm not happy with their response is an understatement and our patio still looks a mess as we are disabled pensioners it could take a while and an extra expense we could do without but no one's willing to help.

Bought 1 ×5 litre tin for decking paint.it was not filled to the top 2 inches from top .I used it .I bought from B&Q 2 years ago Ronseal decking paint 5litres done the complete job. But the decking paint front Siramicocoating did not i bought it through ebay .I contacted them they said i should of sent a photo then they said weigh the tin .I had to spend another 46.99 .to finish the job.told them again tin was 2 inches from the top and sent photos this time then they say weigh it. I opened a return but cancelled it as i needed the paint the customer services is very poor send they said they would make up the difference but have not the keep emailing me with excuses but no extra paint sent have seen other reviews customer services poor.was 8/9/2025 a d 22/9/2025

I recently acquired a direct-to-rust metal paint, but I was astounded by its poor quality. It only left smears on the rusted metal surface!

This paint ranks among the worst I have encountered.

To make matters worse, the company refused to publish my review on their website. This led me to believe that the only positive reviews they have there must be either fabricated or highly selective.

If you are in need of a direct-to-rust paint, I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.
