The option for free gift
The option for the free gift did not come up at the time of placing the order and I wrongly assumed they had sold out. Very disappointed.
Edit: Skin Rocks contacted me immediately to sort the missing item and could not be more helpful or professional. Their service is second to none. Efficient and thorough and the products are amazing. I highly recommend them.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I was unsure if my payment had gone through for my kit and they got back to me suggesting how to check and then with an email saying it had gone through and kit was on it’s way. I like when a company replies and helps you all in a very friendly way. The kit is quality and as I was already thinking of purchasing two of the products already I knew I could get the whole kit for less than the price of two of the items👍🏻
