Skin Vitality Medical Clinic Avis 

Follow up to my Jun 15 appointment! I paid for a treatment that in the end could not be given. They do not issue credits at the locations, you have to go thru patient care. Well 2 phone calls and 2 emails later still no credit in sight!! I do not appreciate them having my money for no reason for 4 days at this point!! There is no customer care!! Pay after the treatment to avoid these issues!!!! Terrible experience

The staff are prompt, approachable and professional. Everything is very clean, well organized and inviting. I would recommend treatments to friends and family and will return. I received Botox and filler and have received compliments on how my skin looks.

Skin Vitality in Ajax is the best location in Durham for all of your needs to look and feel your best. Especially Sherline for all your injections, she is absolutely wonderful and knows exactly what you need, I won’t see anyone else!!

I love the staff at skin vitality in Burlington. I usually have micro needling and Botox done here. Very friendly environment and they know what they are doing. Will never push u to do stuff you don’t want or need

I did my consultation at Skin Vitality Stoney Creek and got booked in for my facial at Burlington. Walked in skeptical like I always am - as a person of color I’ve had too many bad facial experiences where staff didn’t know how to treat melanin-rich skin.

Both locations were amazing. The staff was knowledgeable, used great equipment, and actually explained how to avoid irritation and hyperpigmentation for my skin type instead of giving generic advice. Felt heard and safe the whole time.

It’s been over a week and my skin is still glowing. This is by far the best facial I’ve had. Finally found a place I trust for my skin. Can’t wait to go back.

If you’re hesitant about facials as a person of color - these teams get it.
