I had a great experience at Skin Vitality. The staff have always been professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. The clinic is clean, well organized, and appointments run smoothly.

The spaces are clean , staff are so friendly and kind , give a comprehensive picture of what is good for me , taking good care of the procedure and how to follow up

I had CoolSculpting treatments at Skin Vitality (St. Catharines location) in September 2025. Despite completing the recommended sessions and following all instructions, I did not see any improvement in my abdomen. In my case, my abdomen appeared worse after the treatment.

I financed the procedure, and the ongoing monthly payments have been very stressful, especially given the outcome.

When I raised my concerns, I did not feel I was treated in a supportive or respectful manner compared to my initial consultation experience.

I have raised my concerns with the clinic and through official complaint channels, but I have not received a resolution that addresses my situation.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this treatment without careful consideration.

Everything was perfect!! Starting from the welcoming Receptionist, and Stephanie was very informative and kept it 100% real. Now I would like to address the beautiful Nurse Rikki (I hope i wrote her name correctly) she has feather hands, couldn’t feel the needle at all. She is amazing. The nurses and staff are always very professional. I use Botox for pain management as I have severe TMJ problems. They do their best consistently to help me manage my pain. They go the extra mile to find me a good price that fits my budget. Incredibly thankful for them.
