Driver is polite, tracking system accurate, the only downside is, since you already delivered to my room, why can’t help on unpack the mattress to check status? Driver claim after unpack there can’t touch it.
Excellent customer service and timely delivery of good on agreed delivery date and time.

Went “browsing” at beds and ended up coming home with one. The staff were very friendly and engaging. Answered all our questions and even helped pack it in the Ute. One very happy customer.

Purchased a bed for our daughter at Sleeping Giant Campbelltown, we were greeted and served by Derek. He was wonderful from start to finish, shared all his knowledge about the best bed that would fit our budget and needs. He explained in great depth all the features of the bed and gave his personal opinions on products I was looking at.
At no point did I feel pressured or rushed into purchasing which I really appreciated.

The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because we had ordered a bad base with our mattress purchase and it took 2-months to be informed the product was discontinued. The mattress we ordered was the Somerset extra comfort and my gosh what a mattress! I’d hung onto ours for 15 years so was very nervous to go through the getting to know process with a new one. Can’t recommend this mattress highly enough. The delivery process was also incredibly smooth - the drivers took away our old one (cry) and popped it onto our bed. 10/10 service!

My bed and base are beautiful, and the in‑store service and communication prior to delivery were excellent. Unfortunately, my delivery experience was extremely disappointing and has left me in a very uncomfortable situation in my apartment building.
My building has strict rules requiring all deliveries to be made via the basement, not the foyer. These instructions were clearly included in my order summary and delivery notes. I also personally communicated this to the delivery drivers upon their arrival. Despite this, I was met with complete disregard. The drivers told me they were parked in a bus zone and refused to relocate to the correct delivery point. They ignored my repeated explanation that the foyer entry is not permitted for deliveries.
The drivers laughed off my concerns, saying they “do this all the time” and that they were “very busy,” making it clear they intended to proceed however they wanted. As a young woman, I felt openly dismissed and not taken seriously.
This situation escalated when a resident entered the lift, became upset that building bylaws were being ignored, and demanded to know who had ordered the bed. The delivery drivers ignored the resident’s concerns, entered the lift, and left me to defend their decision to disregard the rules. I am new to this building, and this has now created tension with my neighbours that could have been completely avoided.
Although the drivers unpacked my bed in apology the overall experience was unacceptable. I paid $130 for delivery, and the service I received did not reflect that cost or the standards I expected.
I contacted the store after the delivery and was told that I “did the best I could” and that “sometimes these things happen,” which did not acknowledge the impact this situation has had on me. I was also told that my service ended at delivery, but that the store could explore a discount on a future purchase. Given the circumstances, I am unsure why my negative delivery experience would suggest interest in making another purchase.
I am requesting that this matter be properly addressed. I look forward to hearing from your team regarding how this situation can be rectified.
The delivery guys were awesome and the tracking service was amazing! Highly recommend this service!

The whole experience was very stress free. The staff were very helpful, and the delivery was super easy. I have never seen anyone pick up a mattress and power up stairs like the guy delivering my mattress - I was so impressed!
