Wrong parts delivered. Responses using AI, no apology, no updates. We still have no idea when we will receive the correct pieces to put our sofa bed together and have had to cancel stays since last Tuesday

Bed assembled efficiently and rubbish removed. So worth getting that service! Had delivery hiccup but was resolved quickly by staff. Happy with the gas lift bed.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and took the time to explain the features and benefits of each one. He was patient, helpful, and made the shopping experience comfortable by never pressuring us to make a purchase or trying to upsell. Delivery was also good on time with plenty of notifications of when they will arrive.

EMMA from the Tuggerah branch was absolutely brilliant!! The level of professionalism and realism was exactly what we needed as first time new bed buyers. She made the experience incredible. The delivery driver boys also showed a level of respect and kindness when it came to calling when they were on the way, coming into my home and following through with the service I was promised of taking all contents to bedroom!

I thought customer service was dead, I was wrong. Went to a “homemaker centre” to buy a bed and a mattress- went into so many stores- everyone ignored us unless we were interested in their mist expensive floor stock. Jodie at Moore Park and Eddie at Alexandria were amazing.

Quality of goods was excellent as well.

Made my day, and my family’s day!

The drivers arrived on time as advised from the text I received earlier in the day.
The delivery drivers were warm and friendly. Josh the driver went over and above carrying the mattress inside of the house for me.

Kesh was extremely helpful in finding the right mattress for my needs. I originally planned to visit Koala, but I'm glad I stopped by Sleeping Giant first. The service, product quality, and warranty were excellent. I highly recommend Sleeping Giant over other mattress brands. They offer a wide range of mattresses, and delivery was completed within 3 days instead of the 2-week wait I was expecting. The delivery team communicated well and placed the mattress directly in the bedroom with great care and professionalism. Mattress is the most important thing of your life.
