Super friendly, professional service with the delivery and setup.

Still waiting for beds to arrive at warehouse. Online said stock and is not available. Got email told 4 weeks wait. Would not have brought the beds.
No communication between warehouse and online.

We made a 2 purchases and were really happy with our options. Staff were helpful, a beautiful new lady named joy who i met a few day's prior to our purchase took her time to go over everything with me, from our bed frame to types of mattresses. So knowledgeable. She is a real asset to the Helensvale store.

Both the delivery guys were extremely carefull and helpful. Would fully recommend their service.

We had been shopping for a new mattress for a while and kept returning to Sleeping Giant in Campbelltown, where our top two mattress choices were located. The staff were friendly, patient, and very informative. They made the whole process pressure‑free and gave us plenty of time to try the mattresses and pillows, offering helpful advice along the way. They also understood that this is a large and important purchase, and we really appreciated that.

The delivery team arrived with our new mattress, removed our old one, took all the packaging with them, and were quick, efficient, and friendly.

After the fitting I asked can I check the fittings as I need to make sure bed doesn’t make any sound . They dent offended and said you can keep checking the bed fitting they will do and you put the mattress yourself. I found this little un professional kindly take care of it

Went on a hunt to purchase mattress and base at Sleeping Giant in Moore Park. There was a sale at that time and my son needed a new bed set.

The sales representative who served us - a well mannered and attentive young lady, was very informative and helpful in helping my son select suitable mattresses and base. She patiently allowed him to take his time testing the mattresses and stepped in when he had queries. She also provided us detailed quotes on the products we were interested in.

Products were well priced for quality products. However, my son needed the set as soon as possible as he was sleeping on the floor (out of choice). As delivery would take 4-6 weeks we ended up purchasing from a different store that had stock available - that’s how popular they are!

Amazing service. Very efficient and lovely men who set the bed up for me. They were extremely kind, professional and helpful. I would go back to buy any further bedding and/or furniture at sleeping giant. Thank you very much. When I bought my bed frame and mattress, the lady who served me “Charlotte” was amazing. I loved having her help me pick out my bed for my home. The price was also unreal! The sale that they had on was great. Delivery fees are very reasonable too, where you can deliver I think up to 9 items and the delivery fee remains the same.

Delivery tracking was detailed and accurate. Delivery men were polite, fast and professional.

We made a purchase from the Castle Hill homemaker centre, had a lovely sales lady, Reena, so helpful, very knowledgeable, professional and not at all pushy. Kept up to date with delivery time and received notification when they were nearby. Excellent service

I purchased a bedside table. I was asked if I wanted it assebled for me. I agreed to the $40 fee which was itemised as ‘Assembly-small’ on my invoice.
I met the delivery truck on arrival at the front of my building and escorted them (driver & helper) to the lift . I asked if it needed assembling - no. Once in my apartment the helper tried opening the box and asked for a knife. He opened the box and unwrapped the bedside table and both left with the packageing. I called Sleeping Giant for the $40 refund as no assembling was necesary, it was not a flat pack. Apparently unpacking the box is regarded as “assembly”. This was not explained when I agreed to pay for ‘Assembly - small’. This is dishonest.
NB A google search did not reveal Customer Service contact number. The search only provided contact numbers for infiividual stores.

We have bought multiple bed frames from this store. Had a great experience shopping here this time as well. Ken was knowledgeable and lovely. We had afew questions after purchasing that he quickly responded too. Would definitely recommend shopping here.

I haven't received my goods yet. Immediately after I ordered I was told the product is out of stock. But they've sent me not one but two prompts to review their shopping experience!

Delivery day was so easy. The installers were quick and friendly and had everything set up in no time.

After a bit of initial confusion (mine), the responding staff were great. Lovena is really nice.
