The team at Slumberpaws were great! My first delivery got lost in transit due to courier issues. They immediately resent me another cover when it wasnt their issue to cover. My puddies love the new cover and all 3 jumped up onto it and settled in. Thank you team!

Great product , however l ordered the wrong size. Be mindful of this as they don't support returns for a miss size.

Have previously posted about this item which is poor quality and faulty. They asked me to send photos which I did. They suggested replacing them and asked me what colour and size I wanted. I said no. They didn’t contact me back. Over several weeks I emailed them asking for my money back. No replies. I then decided to cut my losses and ask for replacement as I was never going to get my money back from China. They replied straight away and are sending me the replacements. They might be a while in transit due to the courier i.e. that are coming from China despite pretending they are UK based. I am entitled to my money back as the goods are faulty, but these laws don’t apply in China. When I bought them, the reviews on Trust Pilot weren’t too bad. Now the reviews have gone down. Avoid at all costs. Cheap and nasty. Will take them to a dogs home so some good can come out of me being scammed!

When my original order arrived it was not sized correctly. Upon contacting Jeff at Customer Service a new one of the correct size was sent. I was not charged for this second mat so donated the first one to a shelter. Fantastic customer service from Jeff and the Slumber Paws company 😁 The mat is as described - non-slip and made from a soft, durable, material. My dogs love it and I would definitely recommend this product.

I ordered a dark green couch mat. When Payment went through a small thumbnail photo popped up showing a different green colour. I immediately emailed to say i was worried that the colour was wrong. They confirmed it was the lighter colour which was not the advert I had followed. I replied asking to cancel and for refund. They said replied saying it was too late. Then 4 days later they emailed again apologising for late postage due to high demand. I replied again saying DO NOT SEND! I have emailed 4 times now asking them to cancel due to their mistake. they have not replied to any.

Love this product. We have two dogs and two cats and a new lounge suite. In the past we have used blankets on the lounge suite and we need to straighten them up every day. With these new couch covers they stay in place and good great.

I was pleased with the product when it eventually arrived. I'm not impatient but I was told a couple of times that my order was delivered but was not. This makes you feel anxious. I will order again but I want a smoother delivery.

I ordered the cover - when I messaged the customer dept about arrival times they responded right away. It arrived and my dog adores it. So, am happy on all fronts

I've ordered twice so far. First time was 2 medium quilted sofa covers and then I ordered a large one for my leather sofa. They are so soft, great quality, nice and thick, and look very stylish. They're a great size allowing you to tuck it into the back and sides of your sofa. The non-slip backing works well on fabric and leather.

Shoddy, cheap, nasty. Ordered 2. The smaller one had all the seams exposed, the larger one had a section where the seam had not be caught in causing large gape and the stuffing was exposed and coming out. Awful product. It's a scam and they look nothing like the advertising photos. Stay clear. I am trying to get my money back but think it will be unlikely that this will happen.

Ordered the sofa cover with no email confirmation but after leaving feedback on their FB page I got a response with my confirmation. A few days later I got confirmation that it had been delivered from a PO in Ireland but we live England, but it hadn’t arrived. The postcode from the PO wasn’t recognised. The email response from them gave me 2 delivery services one from PO (saying it’s delivered) and one from EVRI which is on transit 7 days and still not here. Excuse after excuse from company via poor response from their email saying they will contact the PO but I still haven’t heard back despite several emails to them. Will try and recoup money back from bank.

I would avoid as I think they are taking your money and doing nothing.

Chinese shipping company. They are not in the UK and it is not 3-5 days for delivery it tells you when you order.

Customer service do not reply to emails and state there are no returns allowed even if they do ever appear…. This is contrary to the consumer trade laws in the Uk so beware.

Sham company.

Through out my delivery from ordering to receiving, I was kept informed of delivery. I cannot fault this company.
The covers are everything the advert says. Very satisfied customer.

The product is excellent - I have now purchased two for my lounges - I contacted slumberpaws to ask when my second order was arriving - and their customer service was spot on.

The blanket arrived today. It's everybit as good as I had hoped.

The quality is superb. I fitted it straight onto my mothers sofa. The non slip is truly non slip. If they did sizes to fit an arm chair I would certainly purchase them.

The communication with slumber paws was excellent.

I 100% recommend this product.
