I’m delighted with my new cover, it doesn’t move when my daughters bring their dogs, a Boston Terrier & a Great Dane, they are real wriggle bottoms, love my settee.
My daughters’ also liked my cover, so I ordered two more.

Recently purchased 2 of these for our settees, great product, fit perfect, washed them today and put them in the dryer, came out just as good, so pleased with them 😀

Good product shame about the long waiting time for delivery

My giant bear is delighted with his new couch cover! I found the team so friendly and so unbelievably quick to get back to me. And their messages are not auto generated they are Personal. It’s hard being a new company, especially in this current era so I’m really glad that we’ve been able to support them and we will definitely use them again.

Very long arrival time, 3 weeks from order date. Despite multiple requests to return, unable as no change of mind. There is no documentation on website as no returns for change of mind. Stay away.

Total scammers . Do not use this company . They lie about returns .. I ordered a green dog cover which was advertised as dark it came as light and the size on package 180x70 it actually measured 175x67 and not straight ..I’ve asked for a refund as it’s faulty to be told it was my fault it’s what I had ordered . Absolute joke.. it comes from China but they send a small card with the purchase with a fake uk address on it .. their products actually come from Temu and they bump up the price .. I’ve reported this company to trading standard in uk and international.. I reported to Instagram/Facebook and they didn’t want to know and weren’t interested.. I would avoid this company at all costs

Yep scammers but what is annoying I researched on Trust Pilot first after being stung before. I entered a company which was not recommended. Then I searched Trust Pilot for recommendations and Slumerpaws were recommended. I have come to the conclusion that ads on Tik Tok, Facebook are usually scammers. So now need to try and cancel transaction with bank as obviously the scammers won’t refund

I have received 2 beautiful covers for my sofa they look stylish. My children, dog and I love the design, comfort and classy look. I highly recommend Slumberpaws my order was delivered all seamless. I'm delighted with my purchase.

Email communication efficient.
Delivery slightly delayed but nothing silly.

Lovely product BUT not shipped from UK despite looking like UK based company.

You can buy the same products for a fraction of the price from other Chinese shopping apps 😔

I’ve made my first order with this company who call themselves slumberpawz ..
what do they actually send out to let customers know who they are . There’s nothing on there website saying “about us”. 🤷‍♀️. Most good legit companies tell you about themselves and what the companies all about . This is a red flag
My experience with this company does not tell me they are legit . I simply emailed them about my order as I had ordered 2 pet covers for my couch and when I pressed payment it only charged me for one . I wondered why 🤔 but could see the order had not gone through for 2 to allow me the benefit of making a saving . I emailed them straight back on same time and day I made the order .. No response !
When companies do this to you , it’s common since they’re not legit . I’ve tried countless times with no response I’m now going to advertise this on social media as well as other sites to let other potential customers know ahead of time .
I’ve given them 3 attempts to contact me back with the contact details they leave customers but still nothing … and that’s a simple query / question only , I dread to think if I’d paid for a lot of merchandise .. thankfully I’ve sussed out this company before buying anymore 🙏.
Always check out the company reviews first and remember a good company will definitely respond back and have a good customer friendly approach getting back to their customers, that’s what makes the company thrive . Hearing nothing .. sends alarm bells .. be careful with this company . I’ll get my money back from my bank but it’s disappointing that these company’s are trading this way .

It’s a scam I’m afraid, seems to be a Temu/Ali express type brand

It says they are a UK company, which is why I paid considerably more for the sofa cover that I bought as soon as I saw the parcel the way it had been wrapped I was suspicious. It turns out these products come from China basically they should be reported to trading standards charge a high price. For something that you could buy on temu for a fraction of the price.

Excellent company to shop with. They could not be more helpful and their communication is second to none. Kept me informed from order to delivery and reassured me when there was a tiny delay. Great product. I got 4 of the large sofa covers and the dogs and my husband have not moved off them since. Can not recommend them highly enough.

Great customer service and great product. We ordered a blanket for our new couch. Product is great and our fur baby loves it. Customer service fantastic too. Highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible! Misleading advertising that they are UK based and will deliver quickly, takes ages to arrive. Do not allow refunds or exchanges despite no mention of this on their website or when purchasing.
Terrible customer service, do not adhere to any consumer rights for online purchases.
Avoid at all costs !!!!

Exactly the same as the other 1 star reviews! I wanted to return the item as it didn’t go where I originally wanted it, the company said they don’t refund for unwanted items although they don’t state that on the website!
Infact they say we want you to be 100% happy now they don’t respond to emails
