Absolutely wonderful, we order a rather expensive pram speed bumbleride, the order was easy and clear, and I was contacted twice before and on the day of delivery to receive the order, the staff was all female and very polite, as a new mum I must certainly say the customer service is outstanding.
The package arrived as ordered and planned , we can not wait to enjoy our new pram!
Would definitely look at more of the company’s stock list!

We were unsure on buying a stroller but received great advice from this company (easy to get hold of on the phone) in the end we went for the silver cross cove and it was spot on, easy to use, robust and fits nicely in the car boot quality product

I ordered a SnuzSurface Duo mattress after the product page appeared in searches for a SnuzKot mattress. The page had conflicting information. The title said 70 x 140cm, but the metadata referred to a SnuzKot 68 x 117cm mattress and the imagery showed a SnuzKot bed.

The mattress supplied was 70 x 140cm and does not fit a SnuzKot. I explained this was not a change of mind return, but a complaint about misleading product information. The mattress had only been opened to inspect and test fit.

Smart Kid Store refused an exchange or refund and relied on a hygiene returns exclusion. Very poor customer service and I would not recommend.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Please do yourself a favour and do NOT order from this website. It is a complete disappointment. This is not a review written out of rage, this is simply an honest review of this horrid website and the customer service that comes with it.

I ordered a car seat for my soon to be toddler. At first it all went smoothly, I paid the extra £4 something for quick delivery. I wasn’t getting any updates after a few days so I decided to contact them. They assured me that the currier will be in touch with me very soon.

Then after I reached out to them again, they told me that suddenly they’ve realised the car seat is faulty and can not send it, they also can not send a replacement as they have nothing in stock (shock) so I then asked for a refund as I am not waiting weeks for a new car seat. I have been waiting a week for my refund and they assured me it will be completed by 19th of June (today) it has not. I had to contact them again to see what the progress is. I then get told “the refund will be processed today” I’m sorry but “completed by the 19th” and “processed on the 19th” is NOT THE SAME THING!

This is no way to treat customers.

The whole experience was great! competitive pricing and a quick dispatch all thanks to their responsive and attentive customer service team via email who ensured my pushchair was sent rapidly from the warehouse. highly recommend!

Ordered a isofix base and it arrived faulty. Baby is due in 1 week, they can’t send replacement due to no stock and won’t refund me till they come collect and receive the faulty base so I now have no money to order from elsewhere or isofix base for baby car seat. They showed no care for the situation and took there time to send through the returns slip that I had to print out. They are more concerned about getting the faulty base back. Will not use this company again

Ordered a green Makaya stroller and it stated it would be delivered in 2-5 days on the website, it also states delivery will be free. On my receipt I have been charged £4.99 delivery. 6 days after ordering I received an email telling me that the green stroller I ordered was no longer available due to it being damaged in the warehouse and I had the last one, they offered me a refund or to change colour, I agreed to change to a black one as long as it would be delivered the Friday the same day as the green one was due which they said they could do. Friday comes and no stroller, I email to ask where it is and they tell me it is due Saturday maybe Monday I emailed back to tell them my frustration at being mislead on delivery dates and was ignored. I have contacted DPD and they told me that the delivery instructions by smartkids was to only deliver on a weekday so I was lied to AGAIN about delivery timescale. I made them aware I currently have no pram due to donating my other one the day before this one was supposed to be here. I have emailed a second time and have been ignored again. Appauling customer service.

Tried a cheaper pump and was rubbish. Bought this and honestly was a breeze pumping up the tyres, even with the awkward angle. Handy it was small and compact

I ordered a sleigh cot bed with mattress for around £300 using the “no rush” delivery option, happy to wait a couple of weeks. After about a week, delivery was confirmed, only to then be told it was cancelled and out of the courier’s control.

It was bizarre to first confirm delivery, then effectively say the item was out of stock, followed by the courier apparently holding the stock after a van breakdown. When I chased, I was told I was still within the 30-day delivery window, as if I was being early for expecting updates.

Despite multiple chases, I received no clear communication or new delivery date—just repeated reminders about the timeframe. Once the 30 days passed with no contact, I cancelled the order.

I was told the refund would take 5 working days and I’d get confirmation, but again I had to chase as no email was sent.

Overall, the communication was awful and the whole process bizarre. I would avoid. Still waiting for the refund

Great service and quick delivery thank you so much

I ordered a cream blanket off this company, paid for it, then received a message stating no longer in stock but I could have a white one instead, agreed to this. On arrival of the blanket it was a dirty grey colour and inno way white. They were still stating it was WHITE it was not. Anyway they sent a return label for me to return that was in 3.03.26 still waiting for my refund. I would be very wary of using this firm.
