Smartkidstore literally saved the day. I was let down by another online retailer and smartkidstore wee so helpful answering the phone quickly giving the advice needed and getting the item I needed to me very quickly well done you saved the day

outstanding customer service, spoke to them before purchase and they were really help and informative, process to order was really quick and easy and item arrived on time with lots of information from dpd to notify me of the time slot it was arriving in, would defo recommend and use again

Ordered a chair from this company on 7th February, emailed them on 27th February wanted an update on its whereabouts, they told me I would receive delivery on w/c 10th March. I emailed them again on 7th March confirming delivery for the following week as I hadn't received any updates of it being dispatched from them, they confirmed the same thing again delivery w/c 10th March.
I never received the item that week so I phoned them on 18th March, they informed me they were unable to deliver the item due to my location and they claimed to have emailed me on 12th February telling me this (which they never did), I then requested for a refund and was told I would receive my refund within 24 hours.
I phoned them again today (20th March) 48 hours after the last phonecall for an update on my refund as I still hadn't received this, or I hadn't received an email or any form of confirmation for the order now being cancelled and my refund being processed, and the lady told me it was processed on their end and she would forward me across an email within the next 10 minutes confirming the refund. Over an hour later and I still have yet to receive anything telling me they have cancelled my order or my refund has been processed..
I was paying for this item through a payment plan and they still continued to take my money and try to fob me off in emails, knowing from 12th February they were unable to deliver this item to me and no communication with me in regards to this.
An absolutely awful company to deal with.
Just hopefully they are able to actually give me my refund, without me having to seek legal advice in regards to this.

Ordered wardrobe from smart kid store in beginning of December, spend more than one month to chase, in the end didn’t had to cancel. Very disappointing.

Communication has been quite poor. On website says that delivery 10-15days, I have to chase for my order 1.5months in the end just fed up have to request refund
Definitely not recommend to order anything from this company!

Order came within 2 days, wasnt in so parcel force dropped at local post office, pram absolutly brilliant and great price too. Would recommend to anyone needing baby equipment

It’s lovely and it does more than I expected. My granddaughter is very pleased with it. She’s so happy and my other two grandsons they can’t get in the cot and it’s very sturdy. Really impressed.

Bought the Doona Liki Trike S5. Good product and fast delivery.

A great product. The wrong item was sent initially but I received excellent customer service. A courier was arranged to pick the wrong item up and my original order was sent the following day.

Good quality beautiful wooden childrens dolls cot.
Delivered within 2 days of ordering. I did not realise it was a flat pack. But was very easy to build using a philips screwdriver. Would buy more toys from here.

I bought a doona trike for my son's first birthday, the colour was out of stock everywhere else and I was nervous as id never used this site before. Unbelievably happy that I did, ordered and delivered within two days is just incredible. Brand new in box item, very happy!
