I bought my first smartroll during C19
I bought my first smartroll during Covid from a supplier in Tweed Heads. It took nearly half a day, border closures etc. and having to drive from the Gold Coast hinterland. I was so pleased with this purchase I ordered another last week for an ensuite we are installing. Pleased with the product is an understatement. It's handsdown THE BEST item in the bathroom!! The ordering direct online was an absolute dream. Easy to order and came within a couple of days. Perfection!

easy ordering process & prompt delivery. Easy to install (even for a very basic handyman like me) and looks good. Best of all saved my issue of having to repair the whole in the wall and replace original roll holder.

I’m a big fan of the smart roll!
I’m a big fan of the design, functionality and use of packaging as an exact template! The clean up took longer than the install! 15mins to install 2 for a novice. Smart roll is smart on many levels. Customer service was also very exemplary. Highly recommended!

Looks beautiful
Looks beautiful, fits the jumbo Costco rolls, the template was easy to use, the springs hold it in tight and securely, love the no mounting hardware needed solution! The magnetic roll is genius! First recessed solution that worked for us!

The product arrived in a wrecked wet…
The product arrived in a wrecked wet cardboard box with no packaging to protect the contents. Very poor considering the high cost of these items.The mounting clips on the back of it could not be used due to wood in the wall so it had to be mounted with screws. No screw holes are made in the item for the situation when the spring loaded mounting clips cannot be used. The flange around the item is too small so you have to cut out the hole in the wall very accurately. Needs to be packaged better and designed better.
