Excellent service. Ordered my sofa on Tuesday evening and was delivered on Thursday. We love in the a remote area of Scotland. 8 hours away from the supplier, needing a ferry. This didn't put them off... Voir plus

If I could give zero stars I would. I'm still waiting for delivery 4 weeks since ordering. Customer service is basically non existent. I don't know how this so-called company is still in business.

on those days we were having issues with courier and had vey bad experience with them , now we are not using that courier anymore and everything is going very smooth now

Do not trust the good reviews. Corner Sofa came one section was a different colour and didn’t connect. Drivers have no clue how to put together properly. Took me weeks of phoning and emailing to finally get them to send replacement but the driver had me holding on till 2am in the morning he was meant to be coming between 7-8 just kept saying 45 mins then when he did come had no clue what he was dropping off. Wouldn’t give me the sofa that was on the van even though I knew it was mine. I know this as I was in the truck advising them at 2:30am. Ended up with another round of phone calls where I was made out to be a lier as the deliver guy said I refused the deliver so had to wait again for them to deliver the same sofa as the night before. The firm is a complete joke with no customer service.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST...

AVOID THIS COMPANY...

This company as done nothing but fob me off and lied. After a year where I was 48hrs from not being here to having major surgery the beginning of January this year I decided to treat myself to a new corner sofa and footstool. And was really tempted by this company due to their high Trustpilot rating so I placed an order. Initially I was told 2 weeks max. After enquiring, I've now been promised my sofa 3 different times. I informed them that, as a disabled person I need to know so I can get someone in to move my old sofa, and all 3 times I was let down. To make things more annoying I have to pay someone to Initially move my old sofa out and then back in again. I would give whoever £10 each time, so I ended up paying out another £70 for that.
Foolishly giving them 1 last time, I was PROMISED that the company would deliver the sofa themselves.

Most of the day i was promised delivery I was asking what time, and by 7:30pm they hadn't delivered the sofa I said cancel it, and they decided to reply. The time given to me was by 10PM, I had to cancel my bedtime carer and wait till they had delivered the sofa before I could even take my medication as I knew I'd have been asleep had I taken them. Not only was it NOT the company themselves, I had to tell them how to get the sofa into the house, PLUS they left the kitchen in a mess and marked the walls in the living room which had recently been decorated (pictures can be seen). And on top of everything, NO footstool and NO refund for being left out of pocket as promised by all the times they'd let me down and I had to pay for my old sofa to be brought back.

Now I'm being ignored on the whereabouts of my footstool.

Annoyed, Upset and Frustrated

UPDATE 12/03

After being promised a refund for the footstool that wasn't delivered by them, I was promised that they would send me a footstool via DPD and I would remove my review. Since then they've blocked my number, NOT issued a refund or sent the footstool. I'm now contacting Trading Standards.

UPDATE 20/03

Finally received footstool and refund, still totally appalled with this company but communication has been pleasant and they've been apologetic hence the extra star.

Good value

Lovely sofa and a very good price. Slight problem with delivery time but that was down to the driver and not sofasway themselves. They even sent a matching footstool as compensation

DELIVERY DISAPPOINTMENT

Update: increased from 1 star to 2 star as company has sent me a WhatsApp message to apologise and furniture is nice.
This was my experience though....
1. it states contact for delivery within 24 hours of purchase - this didn't happen for us. Purchased 14 Dec, called 20 Dec.
2.no email confirmation, it's all done over text and WhatsApp - and no delivery updates. The lack of contact or traceable information leaves you wondering if it's a scam.
3. Called 20 Dec and told delivery would be on Xmas eve.
At the time of writing the original review it was midnight - going in to Xmas day and we'd had a call to say they'll be a delivery at 12.30am. And then a further call came saying nope, it won't be until 1.30am.
The people calling spoke limited English, which added to the communication problems. We did try and cancel the delivery but they said they couldn't.
It meant we were in no man's land whilst we should have been celebrating Xmas eve. I couldn't go to Mass as I had to wait in.
Earlier in the day I'd messaged to get a delivery time and had been told the delivery was running late due to the other deliveries on route, but the people driving the van told us we are their only delivery.
I would also question the delivery company's status as I just can't imagine any genuine delivery company would do a delivery at 1.30am, without verifying with the customer first.
IT FELT LIKE ONE LIE AFTER ANOTHER.
OUR NIEGHBOURS WERE ALSO VERY ANGRY! they told us they'd be logging a complaint with trading standards about the illegal delivery times and how this has affected their Xmas eve. They have little kids and could do without them waking up in the middle of the night in Xmas eve, so I can't blame them.
This is possibly the worse service I've ever come across, and that's with 25 years working in service complaints.
The low points were failing to meet communication service promises. Failing to deliver in a reasonable time frame and lack of professional communication around what was a serious delivery issue.
The upside is it's a nice suite and despite the time, the delivery people brought the suite right in to the room.
However, they didn't assemble the suite as promised in the service statement.

Excellent value for money.
Albeit a few issues regarding delivery date, it arrived a week later than expected and at 9.45pm.
Delivery guys very pleasant and helpful.
