Could not recommend enough
They went above and beyond with customer service. This bed is premium and delivery was so incredibly professional. Months after, they still made sure to exceed expectations. Could not recommend Sondercare enough! Thank you for making this terrible process one less stress and for being so consistently kind.

Met my delivery and setup schedule.
Sondervare made special efforts to get me the bed as quickly as possible. The bed was delivered as scheduled and the delivery crew was very conscientious when moving it into the installation location. They unpacked, assembled and collected all the packing materials and took it with them. The bed is very well constructed, and comfortable. The bed controls are easy to understand and allow the adjustment to the most comfortable sleeping position. The bed performs completely as advertised.

Thank you for both of your reviews. We’re glad that your experience with the bed has been positive.
In regard to your second review, we have looked into your account and it appears that you’ve been charged correctly for your order. You originally placed the order online and selected “Pick Up at Local Warehouse” which is available to our customers at no charge. However, when you later changed the order and requested the full delivery and set-up, there is a $499 charge for that White Glove service.
We did also leave a voicemail for you yesterday to explain this, but please call us and we’ll make sure everything is to your satisfaction. Thank you.

The staff and service is fantastic, Ben was very helpful, patient and informative. They cannot do enough for you. From sales to delivery the experience was refreshing. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

They shipped me the bed very quickly
They shipped me the bed very quickly. The technician that installed it, Darrel Elliot, was extremely knowledgeable and had everything put together and ready in no time flat.

Company was very responsive
Company was very responsive. The “white glove” delivery wasn’t what we expected. It was a moving van not connected with the Sondercare Company. They brought the wrong sized bed and had to make a second trip. Otherwise the transaction was good. The sheets are horrible. Thin and don’t fit very well. I am trying to get more info on better bedding, mattress pad and quality sheets.

I see that your order was requested to be rushed, and it delivered within 48 hours, but I apologize for the delivery issue. Someone will be in touch shortly in regards to the sheets. The sheet set for your 48” Aura bed is 100% organic cotton, high thread count, and specifically designed for the mattress size. We would like to review that with you to resolve, exchange, or refund that item.

The guys arrived right on time
The guys arrived right on time. Because of the tight space they had to move the bed through it took a little longer to complete the setup. I can hardly wait to sleep tonight.
