The men who delivered the bed and other things I ordered were wonderful: on time, polite, friendly and hard workers. They worked out several obstacles and completed the setup in good time.

White glove fast delivery
Moving from rehab back to my Highrise home I needed the bed delivered and fully installed by specific day and they promised to do that and even delivered it one day early.

Victoria helped me look through the…
Victoria helped me look through the beds catalog and explained the differences between the beds which is the widths and some of the fabric design aspects. All of the beds did exactly what I needed which was to go very high for the nurses and very low for sleeping at night. Very friendly and helpful customer service overall.

Comfort and Design!
It’s a Canadian company! So happy! The SonderCare Aura Premium bed
is phenomenal! Needed a functional bed and wanted one that didn’t look like a hospital bed, and really hoped it was possible. I googled hospital beds and then saw SonderCare! The design is modern.Victoria was kind, great to talk with and gave customer service that went above and beyond!
The Dream Mattress is super comfortable. The control bar is illuminated and easy to use. Delivery was quick.

White glove delivery and setup
White glove delivery and setup was great - Andrew the technician was prompt, very friendly and helpful and very efficiently set up the bed. My wife is enjoying the very comfortable bed and the adjustments are very easy with the handy and very user friendly remote. So far, very pleased with purchase
