We've been using Sonovate for the last 2 years when we initially started to grow our freelance business. From day one they enabled us to cater to the needs of our clients. Their smooth process and exceptional client delivery specialists onsite allow us to be confident in extended our services. In essence, they are an extension of our back office function.

I'm a new customer and have so far had a great experience. I'd been advised to set up so when I need it, the service is set up and ready...wish I'd taken that advice! But it was quick to set up and its been slick since. I'd highly recommend.

Sonovate are on point. We've used their service for several years and following some initial teething problems (a result of impressive early growth of their client portfolio), the business have been a pleasure to work with. Customer service is first-class and the portal is slick and a pleasure to use. Our many contractors and clients speak highly of the business; it's a fast, efficient service and we consider Sonovate a genuinely valuable partner. I've worked with Sonovate for over 8 years and our businesses have grown together. I recommend them highly. The payment systems is like clockwork, my contractors find it an incredibly easy/reliable systems to use and their customer service team is great too.

We've been using Sonovate for a few months now, the platform is very easy to use for all parties and any issues are quickly remedied. We shopped around extensively and the technology coupled with their dunning process was far and above the best in market for us. We've had zero issues with contractors getting paid and invoices being collected.

On the delta (and I think this is in their Labs roadmap) it would be great to have a white-label version of the platform with our branding and that mirrored over to an app for timesheet submission and approval - the teams in their customer support and finance functions should have direct dials.

We have been using Sonovate since the first year of our operations and in the intervening 4 years, their service has been integral to the growth of our business.

An ongoing evolution of their services seems to be increasing the value add to ourselves, clients and candidates and the speed of query resolution is rapid.

We have built up great rapport and relationships with the customer team at Sonovate and specifically George who has always gone the extra mile in supporting our business.

We've been using Sonovate for both our temporary and contractor payroll for a little over a year now, and have been really happy with the service. The Portal has a great UI for the agency, temp/contract and clients, it totally removes the admin burden of chasing signed timesheets when everything can be managed online - as a small business, the amount we get for the price with Sonovate is brilliant - portal, timesheet app for temps, backend pay and charge carried out by Polestar (For PAYE Temps) credit checking, credit control, is great value for money. Our account managers (Andy and Emmanuel) have been a great support to us and the few issues we have faced have been rectified immediately.

I wasn't sure but decided to go with Sonovate. I know they issue the contracts, timesheets, and invoicing all of which simplifies the process and is a massive time saver yet without doubt the support is fantastic. I've made some basic users errors or my clients/candidates have requested late changes, yet I've not been persiquted for that and the team at Sonovate have kindly and swiftly supported me through those corrections, which for me underpins the decision to unreserdidly recommend Sonovate.

Quality back office solution. Not only is this a reliable and easy to use platform its the staff and customer service that really set Sonovate apart.

I have used Sonovate for the last year and have found the service excellent. A well thought out automated platform which is easy to use for clients, candidates and agencies and to back this up, the account management and customer service has been faultless. They have gone above and beyond responding to requests and assistance.

I have used Sonovate for over 3 years and there have certainly been ups and downs as the company has grown and implemented new technology. I have to say that in the last 12 months, we have had an excellent relationship with Sonovate. The software technology is easy to use and the back office financing team makes my life simple. Once a contractor is setup, they manage everything from there on with little intervention from our side.

What you need from your supplier is a fast, efficient service and this is exactly what we had from Sonovate.

The portal is also very impressive and easy to use.. Highly recommended.

My experience with Sonovate has been a great one from start to finish.
For on boarding I dealt with Luke who was always on hand to help out with any issues that arose and made the whole transfer process run as smoothly as possible.
From there our Relationship Manager is Alex who is always willing to help me out when a new situation arises that I haven't dealt with before.
Sonovate has made our contractor payroll run a lot smoother and I would recommend them to others.

Overall experience is great. The software is easy to use and the support team at Sonnovate are always on hand to help with any technical issues which is rare these days.

I use sonovates app to complete timesheet. It's easy to use and works well with the desktop version.

After being hounded by Sonovate for months, I decided to try and work with them. Big Mistake.
Good portal, thats it!
Broken promises, rude correspondence to contractors and clients (i have had to restrict correspondence to both owing to complaints from both sides), contractors not paid on time and incorrect amounts, multiple errors on invoices to clients, multiple credit notes sent (i have not raised 1 credit note since trading), failure of ownership of continued errors. CEO's are invisible and pass onto incompetent account managers.
4 contractors with Sonovate and they have systematically caused issues on every one of them.
I have had to pass ALL in and out invoices and credit notes to my accountant for forensics only to be met with threatened legal action.
Judging by the various other reviews, appears we are not alone with these issues.
Stay away at all costs.

Brilliant Platform, but terrible customer experience. On 3 or 4 occasions they promised to have something done/delivered by a specific time & date and didn't meet it once. I didn't receive a call or update throughout the process, and actions were only followed up once I called back and chased them. Again, the software is great, it's just a shame the service was really poor, so much so that I've found alternative options to using Sonovate.
