Very helpfull and understanding

First and foremost he acknowledge the fact that 1 of your long standing clients ( my darling mum )had passed away and the first thing he said was my condolences...this of course is normal but it blew me away,if you knew how many companies ive had to contact ,..it really made me feel like a person and not just a number,he is fast/good at problem solving.

Great Customer Service
Sam from Customer Services was extremely helpful when I telephoned regarding a de registration process from Business to Domestic use with South West Water.
She explained everything we needed to know very thoroughly & left us feeling completely satisfied with the process.

Flawed but improving service
We've been with SFB for years now, and whilst I find them to be trustworthy, it's been a rocky road. They took over our account from another business and for a long time our payments weren't being properly registered, but since then things have improved. Their accounts portal still isn't great as I can't see an overall balance of our account easily so improvements still need to be made. However, I give 4 starts today as the customer service was excellent and Wilbert understood the issue and was able to help resolve it.

Margarita at customer services understood all the things I needed to do with the new account and executed all of them. Even followed up with a summary of the changes made and a case number to follow up in case anything was awry. Very personable and a pleasure to do business with.

I rang Source for Business today as…
I rang Source for Business today as there have been alot of discrepancies in the account, and the portal wasnt very helpful so we couldnt reconcile the account. I spoke to Daniels today and he was able to provide documents that I need in order to reconciled the account. He was very helpful and sorted majority of the issue.

I had a huge water bill come through
I had a huge water bill come through, managed to get in the customer service queue and pressed for a call back. Took a couple of minutes, got a call from Daniel and it was so easy to sort, took a picture of the meter, emailed it why he was on the phone, he got the email and confirmed it was an error, and all sorted. That easy ! Pleasantly surprised but happy it was sorted.
