SW COAST REFILLS Avis 

After purchasing some bits from this website I thought it could be a company I would continue using but was very disappointed. The delivery was lengthy and it was very annoying that their packaging came wrapped in lots of packing peanuts that I had to get rid of. ( guidance in how we could recycle these would be helpful) There was other ways they could have packed my items safety using eco friendly materials.

I'm happy with the veg box I ordered online it contained a good variety of fresh seasonal veg. It was easy to order from their website. When I collected it from the shop the staff were lovely friendly and helpful.

I love this shop, owner and staff are always helpful and friendly and the produce and products are good quality.
I tried the Mediterranean soup kit, good quality ingredients and it made 4 good hearty portions at just over £1 a portion. Though I think this would feed a family of six if including children.
Love the refills, have tried all sorts from the jumbo oats, to fabric conditioner. Some items work out cheaper than the branded items others a little more expensive but if you want to reduce waste and plastic, it’s definitely worth it. The chocolate coffee beans are a must try too!

Get all my refills here so no more plastic waste, great products and lovely people who own/work there. Started getting vege boxes delivered and the contents are great, no plastic and great variety of fresh produce. Can recommend very highly!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this shop. The staff are all lovely and helpful and they are always happy to answer any questions. The products are brilliant and always great quality.

I don't often give 5 stars but this is well deserved. Lovely fresh vegetables and fruits and the gifts I order will be loved. Happy Christmas All.

Unfortunately had to return the item, but great customer service, easy to contact, very friendly, my money was refunded.

The company used Hermes as its delivery partner - never a good sign. Despite standard delivery, which I paid for, advising 2-4 days, it took almost a fortnight to arrive snd then was very bashed and damaged when it did arrive. Will not be ordering from South West Coast again

Brilliant company and service, orders online expecting to collect locally in store, got a knock at our front door 2 days later and the order was handed to us!!

The box came at the correct time. There was more, and a bigger variety, of vegetables than I expected, which was nice. I liked that there was no packaging, just the wooden crate, which I will either reuse in the garden or give back. The only disappointment was that the aubergine started to rot so I only got to use half of it. Other than that I was very pleased with my first box and will definitely buy again.
