Most if not all of the properties they advertise don't exist and they are more focussed on getting money from people.

I received good service from them . They helped me to find a house. They have given me many appointments as per my preference . Thank you spacelet .

DON'T TRUST IN Spacelet. It is an agency of swindlers. Most of those properties don't exist.

My son just paid them £79 and can't get hold of them. Something needs to be done to stop these thieves.

I found spacelet online and I called them, as I was looking for a nice place to rent and they said I have to sign up and pay a fee of £99 for two people and they will give membership number after signing up and accordingly I can book the viewing of the property with the membership number to be rented. So I rang them back and they asked me my membership number and the properties I’m interested in. And as i had selected few properties for viewing I gave them the details and they said they will call back once the landlord gives the viewing permission. The agent also mentioned saying that this is best agency to find a property at a cheaper rates in London. I haven’t heard from them and if you ring them back they say our agents are busy and you can leave a voice note.
Once your registration is done and fees are paid you cannot login back as it’s only for the company , the agent said to me.
You cannot find anything nor search anything. They never answer calls and always busy. Their calls are always recorded for training and quality purposes. I was fooled I believe and money taken by the company will not be returned back they said in a email.
We have to find properties which we are interested in and call them to arrange a viewing they won’t do it for us , so why pay £99 ? Never came to my mind before paying.

It’s a waste of money and time. Please be aware people. I don’t know if It’s right to share the email , but I have done so everyone can have a better look at it and stop falling for this scams.

The best scam ever pulled by lettings agency in London. They do not show the property despite paying the fees. None of the properties listed are available. Don't get cheated.

Avoid fraud! They requested to pay a fee in order to view properties!

They are cheaters, they want u to pay the service fee in advance, but after that, the only service u will got from they is automatically email reply, u are not able to view any of those propetries on their website, probably because they all faked, I booked for visual tours of several properties through email many times, and each time I can only got a exactlly same automatically replied email says they will forward me the video but if i didnt got it, its because the landlord is not available in that day and I have to send them the same email the other day, but same result each time.

Please please be careful !!!!this agency if I can call this like that is really. You pay than they don’t give you the opportunity to visit the correct flat they send you there and there ! Pictures don’t correspond to advise. If you are looking for a place months after you will probably found the same add . Why ?? Probably cause it’s a fake ; “allegedly “
Any very bad experience specially if you have to find something fast . I will advise you to go to a private landlord or a real real agency !

Their adverts are fake and they will NOT show you any property or contact the landlords. All they will do is waste your time once they have the £79. They also say its non refundable even after providing NO SERVICE. This agent is a total scam.

Disgusting scammers. They post faked property listings way below market value to trick users into signing up and paying for their "service". What's the service, you ask? Refusing to offer viewings, blanking users and sending pointless JPEGS of irrelevant listings for double the price. They are incredibly rude, unprofessional, defensive, and of course, refuse to offer refunds. I'm dealing with my bank to report them as scammers and get my money back. Don't let them trick you out of your money. Do not use their services. Vile.

They ask you to pay the joining fee and then YOU HAVE TO DO THE JOB. Look for a property and call them EVERY AND EACH SINGLE DAY YOU ARE AVAILABLE for a viewing but it is not guaranteed that you will have one. If you don’t call they forget about you. Which doesn’t make sense since if you are looking for an accommodation you need help and not being stressed out having to contact them every day when you might have work, family and other things.
They don’t ask you any information aside those summary and superficial they gathered from your subscription (provided that they read it).
Don’t waste you money cause they won’t either give you a refund for not delivering any service whatsoever.

ABSOLUTE SCAM. This company does not exist, I wish I had read these reviews prior to wasting £79. The flat in question do not exist, Monica and James (the two people I have been contacted by) are scammers. I am currently in the process of reporting them and suing with my lawyers- DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Avoid please you will loose your money for nothing.On the 7th of march, I was on the website gumtree looking for studio flats and I found three that I liked.I called and a lady from Spacelet told me that I had to pay a fee of 79 pounds to have a view of the studios.I paid and I received a code that I had to give them once I call,then she told me to wait because she needed to call the landlord to book an apointment.I waited for 2/3 hours then they texted me with an address (of one of studios,I thought), but when I got there a lady from Bargains agency showed me a room,completely the opposite of what I had requested.Today,in the morning I went to their agency to complaint but nobody answer the door.I called and asked them what was going on,the lady was playing games saying that because the landlord did not answer they were showing me other properties (without telling me nothing).I was totally upset,wasted my time and my day off because I have to find a place to live and they stole my money.Then she told me that she would contact the landlord from the studio that I wanted and send me the address.Again she texted me with a different address, I went there and was a studio but more expensive and different from the one I asked to see.I called her and told her that I wanted my money back and she said that they couldn't do it so I told them I would complaint about then.Because I was in a rush I did not see the reviews of this company before but after I checked and read that more people complained and they were deceived. I made a complaint to police fraud uk.
