Its a great, quick and accessable service.

I think it's a great service for people who might be struggling or they are facing some difficulties and they don't know how to overcome it.
It can also be super useful to get to know you better and understand why you react in certain ways

It's also very easy to use and schedule the appointments

The waiting time to see a counsellor is very short and the sessions are always in depth, beneficial and helpful. I always leave them feeling re-energised and ready to tackle my next challenge

There are times/days when you just get stuck in these strange loops of inner thinking that is really hard to get out of. Spill helps you dig deeper to understand your way of thinking and how to move forward, being kinder and more acceptive of yourself.
