Total scam

Total scam, Racked up 50K SC from my purchases and went to redeem, well turns out i need to make another purchase to link my account & during this i realized that whenever it failed to link my bank it would deduct my redeemable SC for whatever the package cost. Eventually redeemed and they asked for a bank statement showing their transactions. This took a month because i had to wait for my new statement. Even after all that i got ghosted by supported after providing the details.

I would give it zero stars but it’s not an option. I purchased 2 packages. Like many casinos there is a play through requirement. But here’s the kicker! No matter how much you play and win there system does not update so it’s as if your never going to play through the requirement! They know exactly how to scam their players! I kept winning but instead of the withdrawal balance improving it stayed at .18 cents. I played nearly $200 with many big wins and it never moved from the .18 cents! If this is not scammy behavior I don’t know what is! I would stay clear from this casino unless you feel like giving your hard earned money away!

Ouch! I wish I would've read the reviews before I deposited my little 10.00. The game spins were slow like molasses! Spinning wonky! I'm sure if I were to have one, I would've had one heck of a problem! Won't be depositing another dime on this site! Smh

Support sucks and redeeming is seemingly impossible

Support is next to impossible to get ahold of. The only option is to contact via email but its been 5 days with zero response from anyone. the kyc verification tab is pointless because even if it says verified the redeem page says verification pending. No information about how to complete your verification anywhere in the site. Overall would not recommend anyone to sink their money into this site.

So for 5 days now ,every time i log in to collect my daily log in bonus it says 00:00 time remaining but won't allow me to collect. I have contacted support in reference to the issue 2 times now ,but the issue persists..As far as I'm concerned their support is worthless incompetent or both. And further more they can keep their lousy .20 a day , not enough for one spin anyway. I'll wipe my ass with them and delete them and they'll never see another dime of my money.

Another one bites the dust in my book and I'll go on about my business of telling people how they are. Self destructing, greed got the better of them ignorant managed heaps of garbage.

Just found this website seems legit but I've yet to try and cashout so I can't really speak in that. The game selection is pretty good plenty to choose from and i haven't had to contact the support for anything so that's another thing I can't honestly give an opinion on.

Congratulations, you reinvented every bad idea in online casinos

Support by email only, which is about as useful as yelling into a cave and waiting for the echo to answer. No live chat, no urgency, just a slow-motion nightmare straight out of dial up internet days. They hide behind vague rules about what you can or cannot withdraw, so half the time you are gambling on whether your winnings are even real. Then comes the payout circus: ACH only, and not through a proper service like Plaid. They picked some bargain bin knockoff that actually made me pay just to get my own money. That is like ordering a pizza and being charged extra to open the box. Every single step felt like they sat down and asked, “What is the most inconvenient way we could do this?” The only reason I did not leave one star is because after all the hoop jumping they finally paid, but at that point it felt more like ransom money than a payout.

They would not redeem. Very few redemption options that will screw you over. Stay away. UPDATE: To the spinsamerica reply I just received... I am verified but you will not accept my bank even though it is a real bank. You basically told me that if my bank isnt one on your list than I'm screwed. You have like 8 banks you accept, its absurd.
