Made two $50 deposits and saw that there was a playthrough. No big deal. After playing through over $3,000 and only being at 80% it started back over at 4% after I hit a big bonus. This is the biggest scam thing I've ever seen on any platform and every time I think that a platform can't be even more of a scam I run into one just like this. Don't even bother even trying to give this platform a chance it is a waste of time I've been playing on my same two deposits for over 5 hours and still haven't been able to get through the playthrough. I honestly never seen anything like it. Total scam

It’s been seven days since I asked for my winnings. I get the “complete” validation, but once that process has finished and you notify the person of such, give them the money. I received an email this morning (7/8/26) stating that I was now fully verified (after taking pictures of my documents and me holding each document) and my redemption was being processed but it was going to take some time to be reviewed. I will update again when I have received my redemption.

Within 15 minutes of posting my review I received an email from support telling me that I needed to submit more documentation to complete my verification. I have completed that submission within an hour (it takes awhile to gather all the documentation requested) and am now waiting for a reply.
**BEWARE*** If there was a zero star option I would pick it. I had a $700 redemption denied on July 4th with no explanation. The denial was almost instantly done within hours after submission. Keep in mind I am completely verified. I wrote an email to support asking why and there’s been no reply. I went and tried to redeem $600 of it and it is sitting there with no action on it. The only thing I got was the exact email as the first time telling me that my request was received and they are working on it. They are taking people’s money with no problem but when it comes time to payout they are not following through. It’s there a law against that? Maybe it’s time for a class action suit.

I won a substantial amount and proceeded to redeem. Upon doing so, I received an email stating they would email me when it was processed. I have been contacting them everyday for an update and no response and ironically all a sudden I'm blocked from logging on ! I have no choice but to get a lawyer and file civally ! Stay clear of this platform !

Wouldn’t recommend even though this is my 3rd time redeeming from Spinsamerica. First time took 10 days, second time took five days, this time it has been over three weeks that I’ve been waiting for my redemption and this time I only had a gift card or Visa gift card option to redeem to instead of my bank account. This time I am beginning to doubt if I’m going to get my redemption, because I see no reason for a Visa gift card to take this long to approve. If I ever do receive it, I will update this review. Went ahead and gave two stars because I did receive my first two redemptions. However, this is ridiculous, do better SpinsAmerica!
Update: I don’t know if leaving this review put a fire under their butts or what but I got my gift card a couple of hours after posting this.
Dont even bother …
I recently made a deposit and ended up winning $132 after a ridiculous playthru amount I wasn't even told about. I went to redeem and got an email saying they need all these documents and I can't alter them in any way. Pictures of me holding all these items: ID, debit card front and back, address verication document, bank statement showing the transaction to Spinsamerica. I dont know about anyone else but my statements come at the end of the month. I dont have said statement yet, and won't get it til around June 29th. I spoke to my bank to see if I could get a customized statement and they said no. Has anyone else dealt with this issue. I explained all this in an email to support and asked what I needed to do. Unfortunately replying to me wasn't a priority as they haven't replied to anything I've sent . I did notice that my redemption has been declined. No explanation, no email, no nothing. I wish I had read the reviews before depositing. This is a terrible casino.

horrible playthrough requirements on a package purchase that made winning anything impossible. Not an exaggeration. It was the worst playthrough requirement I have ever seen on any of these types of sites and that's really saying something. On top of that, mid-way through playing with the SC my playthrough requirement dropped from 30% complete back to 0% for no reason. Running a casino apparently isn't enough for greedy ppl they also feel the need to scam for some reason.

I have been waiting for my redemption since May 7th they have declined my request several times and required me to send pictures of me holding my ID, bank statement showing the purchases of coin packages on their site, and a picture of f me holding a utility bill as well absolutely ridiculous NEVER have I had to do this with any other online casinos and now that I have provided them with all of the requirements they are not responding to my emails now. And another thing they have now changed it from the funds going to my bank account (why they needed to link up with it then is odd) to only receiving winnings on a prepaid visa card. I will edit this review should I receive my winnings
