Good prices compared to some other classic car outlets and fast shipping.
The parts I ordered for my 1968 Chevelle were really nice when I unboxed them.

Poor support so far compared to other vendors
2 of 3 packages arrived quickly. The third package tracking (Fedex) shows it sitting at a GA location with no updates. I called Ground Up yesterday and was told to wait overnight to se if it changes and to call back if not. Today I call back and I'm told I needed to wait 10 days before they could process a claim. I asked if they could ship another replacement so I'm not holding up a shop bay & customer and we could deal with the missing item after the 10 day period - no go. They refused to help.

Hi Travis, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. After further investigation into the issue we found that a manager spoke with you right around when this review was posted. During that conversation, it was explained that while carrier claims do have a standard waiting period, we would still send a replacement at no charge. So your shop would not be held up while we worked through the issue on the backend. Our goal is always to keep our customers projects moving, especially when you have a vehicle in the shop and timelines matter. At no point was assistance refused, we were actively working toward a solution. If there was any confusion, we’re more than willing to resolve it and ensure everything is taken care of properly. Just give us a ring if need be!

Got the part really fast. Fit. Good. An. Works. Well. Ut not happy. About shippin cost. Was a throttle cae weighed less then 1 lb. An ut cost me 20 to ship it. Which. I thought was exsecive. But. I. Bit the bullet an ordered it any way

I ordered a turn signal switch for a 1967 chevelle malibu(column shifter). Their website has 3 options for my vehicle. Two of witch are floor shift only. The one I ordered was the only option that would work according to the description. The one I got was wrong and would not work. I think they have an issue with their website description of parts. It kinda seems half arss put together.
I hope they fix this issue. It kinda turns customers off when they have to pay multiple shipping charges and they have nothing to show for it at the end of day.

Your marketing team knows when promotions are scheduled to run so they should be added to orders in process. Not doing so is a disservice to existing customers. Like cable companies giving discounts to new customers and not existing ones. Bad business model. If your order process is not set up that way then fix it.

Hey James, we run various promos each month, and unfortunately we can't go back and add future promos to previous orders. As a promo code needs to be added to the particular order and that would mean re-processing hundreds of orders, which is just not possible. Are you subscribed to our emails? As that is the quickest way to find out about new promos we are running!

I Called to change the order, to canceled some incorrect parts. Spoke with someoneone, said no issues. Order shows up has incorrect parts, and missing some parts on the order. Website is terrible for ordering parts.
