I have ordered 2 stacking jewellery boxes plus a further 4 layers, so now have 2 beautiful, high quality, luxurious jewellery boxes. They arrived on time, well packaged, and in perfect condition. I have room for all my jewellery now but won't hesitate to order further layers in future when needed. A top quality product and reliable company to deal with! Thank you to all the team involved.

Poor returns experience and low quality bags

Poor returns experience, mixed quality.

I’ve loved the jewellery storage I’ve purchased before but not recommended for bags. Their classics backpack slowly fell apart after a year of twice weekly use, with zips breaking and the front fastening falling off. My most recent order was the hanging washbag and passport holder. I chose to return them as the quality of both wasn’t as expected, the material was dull, there were loose threads and it didn’t feel good value for more.

Be wary when ordering online as returns cost £4 and are very slow. I still have not received any communication from Stackers even though the delivery company has confirmed they received my return four working days ago. I appreciate offering free returns is costly for brands but if paying for returns they should be easy and quickly processed.

I love the item itself but DHL is…

I love the item itself but DHL is letting the company down badly. They find it impossible to deliver to my building despite every other courier managing it. They have twice now delivered without warning to a vape shop on the High street instead.

Had a beautiful set for my birthday

Had a beautiful set for my birthday, love everything Stackers. Am building up my collection of jewel box and beauty storage. Came very well packed, delivered on time, reasonably priced (would love them to be a bit cheaper) , could collect them quicker😂 Will definitely be buying again. Thank you.

Nice idea BUT: really shoddy finishings, rough edges, quite wonky. its a box with small pockets.

Would I buy again? No.

It's nice but I feel robbed, if I'd paid £50 I'd be grumbly but ok

A delivery chargeoif £4.50 and then a…

A delivery charge of£4.50 and then a further deduction of £4.00 on the refund for an item which was ordered in the wrong colour and purchased again with another delivery charge of £4.50 is excessive. £13.00 to get the right item??? Maybe I won’t bother or order from another supplier.

Cheap materials jewerely box

The quality of the jewerely box is not at the Standard I have hope for.
Because I have opened it and threw away all boxes, have decided to keep it.
I have ordered a Mint Blue inside boxes with the grey exterior. The materials feels cheap like a unflexible sort of plasticky feeling…
I would not further reccommend the jewelery boxes

Damaged bag and still no refund 4 months in!

Purchased the Weekend Bag in person - upon packing frayed stitching, ink on metal details and buckeles and rubber pealing off at seams. Purchased in November and still no refund! Ignored my emails and pop up shop doesnt exist anymore. Really bad experience.

Branding Outpaces Craftsmanship

I ordered one of their deluxe makeup organisers for my wife for Christmas. The item arrived with peeling laminate, badly glued joins, and an overall poor appearance.

It took a fortnight for a response from customer service, and then I had to persist in chasing up the issue in order to seek a return/refund.

It is a shame that they are positioned as the higher-end go-to for organisation/storage solutions in the UK, seemingly as there is little competition. Had I known what to expect, I would have looked abroad or bespoke.

Positioned as premium, however they lack the material integrity and craftsmanship one would expect. The company invests heavily in image, yet the product itself simply does not justify the claim.

Refer friend doesn't work - sister now in a huff with me

I thought my sister would like these jewellery boxes and was going to buy her something but she said she'd rather choose her own things so - as I'd already signed up - I said I'd send her a 'refer a friend' discount. But despite multiple attempts then code doesn't work. She's getting either 'pending' or it just tells her she's ineligible. She tried multiple times to contact customer service & apparently they either reply asking for info she's already included or don't respond at all. So trying to do something nice for my sister has completely failed and just caused her frustration. Given how useless customer service seems to be, I definitely wouldn't buy from them directly. We're pretty put off in general tbh - not sure if they're incompetent or trying to lure people in with offers that don't exist but either way, I think we'll steer clear. I guess if you really like their stuff maybe only buy via John Lewis? Then if there's a problem at least you'll get a reply.
