Great products, shocking service.

I love Stackers products, I own numerous items and I regularly gift Stackers items to friends. Normally I buy them from John Lewis but on this occasion I could only get the colour I wanted directly from stackers. Unfortunately the experience has put me off buying directly and I am looking at alternative brands for gifting in general.
I made an order in November to be shipped directly to a friend in London who has gotten engaged. Stackers use DHL as their delivery partner and this is where the issues start. DHL did not notify of any updates and then attempted to deliver on a day when my friend was not home, but they left no card, and I was not updated via any means. It is a busy time for me so I didn't check in until someone else mentioned engagement gifts for the friend. At this point, over a week later, was when I realised about the missed delivery and called DHL using their automated service to reschedule for a day I knew my friend would be home. They did not deliver on that day and tracking never updated. I emailed stackers for support at this point and got a reply from Maddie who let me know the parcel was apparently at a parcel shop location that my friend could not get to. I requested Stackers step in with DHL to redeliver as my request was not fulfilled, or to process a refund. A few days later I received an email update with a redelivery change, thankfully it was a day my friend could book in a WFH as I didn't have much choice.
Today is that day and the DHL tracking still has not updated nor has an attempt to deliver been made so far. I suspect this item will not be delivered today.
Stackers - It has been almost a month since I made this purchase and if there is no delivery today and no refund processed, I will be doing a charge back with my bank as this is truly unacceptable.

Just order a Stacker top box in the…

Just order a Stacker top box in the wrong colour (sunday). They are not open for communication on a sunday, which I understand. The order has not obviously been process, therefore I wanted to change/amend the order. There is no option! Contacted them on live chat and AI said they will get to me through email, however I do not have an email acknowlegement of my query. I expect they will have "processed" the order by the time I hear, then I would paid £5 delivery..... to return and extra £4!!!! WHY. It this doesn't get resolved before dispatch I will suck up the cost and report them to trading standards and the Ombudsman for bad practice. Of course I am only assuming this will happen, lets see. If not I will delete this comment. My 1 star is that I cannot cancel or change order within minutes of placing it, which ties you in so loss of money for nothing.

Excellent customer service

Ordered the small travel jewellery case as a going away gift for my daughter. Unfortunately when it arrived it was faulty. Took a photo and contacted Stackers, my email was dealt with promptly and a replacement dispatched immediately. Really impressed with the customer service and delighted with my little gift which will now travel the world. Thank you Team Stackers

Stunning jewellery boxes at a fantastic price

I placed an order with Stackers yesterday due to receiving an email from them for a Black Friday promotional sale. I placed an order for 2 stackable jewellery layers and I placed it for next day delivery and I'm very, very happy with my purchase.

My order arrived the next day and I received plenty of updates and notifications, including a time slot of when my order would arrive. Overall, I'm very, very happy with the speed of the delivery service and there were absolutely no issues at all.

The jewellery layers are just perfect for my ever growing collection of fashion jewellery which is still currently expanding minute by minute. If you're like me who collects large and vast numbers of bespoke jewellery pieces, then I would highly recommend buying these jewellery boxes.

The perfect work backpack!

Bought the luxury backpack for work and it’s even better than I thought it looked on the site. I can fit everything it in neatly and there is plenty of room for 2 drinks and a lunch box as well as all my work stuff. Quality materials and made/designed with a lot of care and attention. They have thought of everything! My daughters now want one each for college, would be nice if there were a couple more colours to choose from :) thank you!

Very disappointed in the product and customer service

Very disappointed in the product (returned) and customer services. The item arrived defective (glue on the material) I contacted Stackers and was told it probably is glue and I should try and remove with wet wipes !! Tried didn’t work. I recontacted saying didn’t work and wanted to return. I mentioned in the email how disappointed I was and hoped that the stacker jewellery box I had bought for Christmas wasn’t the same. The reply I got was asking if I wanted to return or replace defective item but not comment regarding jewellery box. Very expensive and thought the company would have dealt with this better

Geen geld terug bij terugsturen order

Hoewel de producten zelf mooi zijn, ging er helaas wel iets mis met de bestelling. Ik heb het teruggestuurd vanwege de verkeerde kleur, maar heb helaas nooit een reactie ontvangen van jullie kant. Na diverse keren mailen ontving ik uiteindelijk een creditnota, maar sindsdien heb ik niets meer gehoord. Het is nu al 2 maanden geleden en ondanks meerdere mails heb ik nog steeds reactie en geld terug.

Ondanks de mooie producten zou ik geen bestelling meer plaatsen vanwege de slechte klantenservice.

Great product and service

I have had a stackers jewellery box for several years and I’ve been really pleased with it. I ordered an extra layer but I found the shade didn’t match the original. The support I received in resolving the problem was very good. Anna was very prompt in responding to my questions and they offered me a discount for the layer or to replace the whole set again. The deliveries were prompt and the problem resolved without any hassle. I will continue to use them and to recommend them.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service when I had to send in the mirror section for repairs (totally my fault breaking it). The company were a pleasure to deal with and profession at all stages of communication. Would highly recommend.

Such a great way to store your things without them getting lost / broken and to be able to add to your existing boxes is such an amazing idea
This is my second experience with stackers and definitely will not be my last .

Such a shame

Such a shame. Super easy to order, and beautiful backpack, however the taupe backpack I ordered was 100% grey, as confirmed by the customer experience team (don’t order if you want the taupe guys, they longer actually make it in that colour, but cute if you like grey)

Unfortunately the customer experience journey was awful! I wanted to exchange this, and requested so several times, but that was ignored, it took days at a time to reply with no apology from the team, and to be honest she was just completely unhelpful, un empathetic and slow sorting out an item that was completely falsely advertised. It has now been refunded after weeks of chasing so I appreciate that. But it should not of been so hard to get this sorted.

Pretty awful experience

Pretty awful experience.
They had a sale on, my wife wanted another item to match a present she had received.
Noted ‘sign up for 10% off first order’ So I signed up, and added a bunch of matching items to the basket to get free shipping.
A day later I had received the newsletter email, but no discount code, so went back -sale now over.
Dumped all the other stuff and paid nearly double what I’d anticipated.
Doubt I’ll be back.
On the plus side it was delivered promptly and correctly.

The item is beautiful and just as pictured, definitely does what I need by neatly organising all jewellery. Item arrived quickly and packaged nicely so no damage, which today can be rare. Will definitely recommend and will keep an eye on for other useful items to purchase again from Stackers.
