Stackers Avis 570

After looking at the stackers jewellery boxes for a couple of months I decided to order. WOW im so pleased I did, im really big on quality and the jewellery box did not disappoint, beautiful craftsmanship and such a lovely colour.
Speedy delivery no problem at all tracking was 100% accurate.
I will definitely be ordering again real soon.

Ordered a second taupe jewellery box stack to match an earlier bought one. Unfortunately the two were completely different shades of taupe and ill-matched. After contacting the customer service team, the problem has been resolved. They explained they’d had a problem with the colour earlier in the year, such that the nicer, lighter shade was no longer available. They have however replaced my older box for a new one, so that I have two that are the same shade. I can’t fault the customer service I received from Anna, who was excellent; it’s just a shame my jewellery boxes are now a darker shade than that I’d originally liked and bought.

I bought a travel jewellery box as a birthday gift. I was very pleased with the purchase, very well made and my friend loved it.

Needed two “open” no dividers for “bulky” necklaces and these stackers fit the bill perfectly. They arrived beautifully wrapped, not a dent in sight (and what a relief that was). I have a number of the stackers trays and really love the way they “do the job”. Quality product.

I really wanted the stackers nappy changing bag in camel which was out of stock and would come in stock in a few months. I rang stackers and spoke to Jadee who managed to find me the last bag they had in the warehouse and went above and beyond to ensure thorough communication through emails and calls and fast delivery! She was very kind and offered a discount on the bag due to some minor defect. The bag is so pretty and is of amazing quality. The minor defect is so unnoticeable but Jadee was so honest about it and also sent pictures. Excellent customer service provided!

Great item and delivered well packaged and on time.

Return charges are appalling! I’ve paid £4.50 delivery, and £4 for return. I’ve ordered wrong size box, what is not very clear on the website. Now I’m out of pocket for nothing.

Beautiful products, really well made. This is my first bag and I am impressed but getting used to all the different pockets is fun ! I have a 5 layer jewellery box that my husband started for Christmas and birthdays and it is just wonderful

These were just what I needed to organise my vast jewellery collection! I can find everything now, whereas before I had boxes all over the place. Definitely recommend. I chose drawers rather than layers and they are perfect

excellent delivery time. Bag looks lovely and is great overall. I would agree with comments about it being heavy even when empty. Not so that you cannot lift it but definitely heavier than any other bags I own so be careful if you struggle with this as I do!
Bit fiddly getting clothes on hanger inside the suit carrier part and they definitely get creased but guess this will get easier as more practice. The thing I do not like is the fact you have to empty whole contents of bag to get the clothes out of this part of the bag but cant see how stackers would get around that. Looks stylish and certainly big enough to get all your kit in for a few days aways which is what the name suggests! I had the taupe colour which is lovely.

Heavy. Not sure if I would take it on holiday due to the weight. Looks nice. Not as practical as it’s shown in the videos

Great product, arrived very quickly, communication from Stackers was good.

I love Stackers & ordered an extra layer. DHL handled the delivery but inexplicably cancelled it on the day saying my address was incomplete. This was at 6pm. I had to rebook the delivery to the exact same address which meant a further 2day delay. The person at Stackers was very helpful but also puzzled at the 'incomplete address' message. I think the driver just wanted to go home! Anyway,once I got it I was very happy with my jewellery layer!

Ordered the large raffia bag,it has pleanty of compartments,useful card,purse and mirror. Worried the bottom of the bag could become damaged as their are no feet on the bottom,when paying £100 i think this should be a must. Also ordered the small cross body bag which comes with extra items. Overall 😊 with the products.
