I am very pleased with my purchase
I am very pleased with my purchase. The mini cross body bag. Great communication and delivery on time as expected. Beautifully packaged, it make it feel so special when you open it.
Speedy service
Speedy service, good quality and an excellent concept. Have now replaced 4 Jewell’s boxes with 2 stackers! Purchased one, decided how I would store my jewellery and purchased another for the rest. Then I made 3rd purchase for another layer and the bangle insert! Now most of my jewellery is sorted in a way that it is easily accessible, easy to view and choose what to wear. As it is all together, I am wearing jewellery that was ‘in another box’ and a far to get out.
My only gripe is the ring storage, some of my rings are too tall for the slots and means the layers do not stack as neatly. If I move these around so that the stones are slightly to the side, it works.
Amazing customer service
My husband ordered a replacement Stackers jewellery box (the colour I have was discontinued and I had asked for additional layers) on the 19th of December after 4pm for my Christmas.
Somehow through automated addresses on his phone it was going to our old address. He quickly phoned to change the address and it was done with no problems and he received a confirmation email from Maddie saying that it was changed to our new address. It arrived on Saturday 21st in the morning.
Amazing customer service and although I have already purchased Stackers products a few times, I will definitely purchase from again.

Op 18 december 2024 plaatste ik een bestelling voor 2 artikelen. Tot op vandaag, 27 december heb ik nog steeds niets ontvangen.
Gisteren stuurde ik een mail met de vraag na te gaan wat er fout is gegaan? Bovendien stuurde ik vandaag nogmaals een mail met mijn betalingsbewijs bijgevoegd. Nog steeds geen reactie… Stackers is enkel online bereikbaar. Nergens een telefoonnummer te vinden. Hoe los ik dit probleem op?
Saved my Christmas!
I cannot recommend Stackers enough. After ordering a couple of items for Christmas presents and finding out there had been a stock discrepancy, Maddie at customer service sourced me an alternative and made sure they arrived well within enough time for me to get them wrapped for Christmas! Excellent service and great quality products, thanks so much and I’ll definitely be considering Stackers for other gifts!

Great client management
Had an issue with an item being out of stock. An alternative was offered but once the issue was explained to Maddy she took control and oversaw a short wait while the item was restocked. Great to get that personal attention so often missed from online shopping.
Amazing customer service
Ive had a couple of experiences with Stackers recently! The first being a fab customer Christmas event. It was the perfect start to the Christmas period. I bought a stackers jewellery box from them on the day, however when I arrived home I found that the box had some damage and was missing the interior shelf. I contacted customer services and Beau responded quickly and has organised a new box to be sent out to me. Absolutely amazing customer service and I think this brand is brilliant. I have many Stackers products now and love them!
Blush Small Hanging Washbag
5 Stars for the unquestionable quality of a Stackers product - beautifully made and presented. However 3 Stars deducted for the poor design of this item. I travel a lot and thought this would be ideal for those 1-3 night trips when I don’t need the “full” kit. What a disappointment. It’s really stiff and bulky, taking up a lot of space whether it is full or empty. The top and bottom pockets are pretty useless - so tiny and tight, you really can’t get much more than a tissue or a cotton bud in. The main compartment comes unclipped far too easily when reaching in to retrieve items - then it’s a real pain to re-attach! It just doesn’t work, there really isn’t enough practical space in the amount of room it takes up. Sadly, a poor design and thus a complete waste of a lot of money, it’s now lurking in the back of a cupboard!! Not fit for purpose, I should have returned it rather than giving it a another chance!

Received excellent customer service from Beau who went over an above what was expected. All to ensure I received the colour I wanted but failed to request, despite this being packaged and nearly dispatched. Thos saved me ha ing to return the goods and replace the order. So much time was saved! Thank you so much for all your help. Would always recommend based on my experience!

After receiving a damaged item it was quickly resolved by Beau who dealt with it and provided excellent customer service….thank you!
It’s okay
It’s okay, I think it’s extremely overpriced. Some areas of my box and hair accessory storage were marked so not the perfect condition I expected for the 166 pounds I spent on jewellery and hair storage. I think without the nhs discount it’s too expensive but I can’t find anything with the same concept that is better priced.

I emailed explaining I needed the order for a flight in a couple of days, and immediately I was told they would parcel my order and get it to me asap to ensure I would have it in time. I bought a beautiful laptop bag a few years ago (along with lots of jewellery boxes along the way!) and unfortunately the strap broke. However, the customer service was absolutely fantastic (thank you Beau) and they’ve sorted me out with a new bag, I’m so chuffed! Thanks Stackers!

Amazing customer service. Maddie was really responsive and understanding when my initial delivery was misplaced by the courier. She arranged a replacement in record time and went out of her way to ensure I was happy. Highly recommended.
Excellent Customer Service
I have bought Stackers products for years and I have always found them to be excellent quality.
I placed an orderand when DHL managed to mess up the delivery of my items, I contacted Stackers customer service es.
Maddie was the advisor who assisted me in ensuring my parcel was tracked down and resent, she renewed my confidence so I placed another order for a larger personalised item also. All of the items I have received are perfect and I am very pleased.
Maddie was wonderful and he customer service was excellent and very much appreciated so thank you again Maddie.
Colour difference
I orderd a set and a another draw to add to the set. Unfortantly this extra drawer had a different colour. I contacted the company but I am really disappointed in the customerservice. They didn't offer a solution. They don't respond. I did email them a lot of times. I contacted them via social media. But again they are not even answering my mails. We are now 6 months later. I would not recommend this pricey jewelryboxes.
