Absolutely avoid this company !!

I have ordered one of their jewellery products - I then decided to return it as it did not arrive on time - 2 months later I’m still waiting on refund. Got a message saying they will check with accounts team - 3 weeks later and 10 emails no response ! Avoid what a scam

Placed a large order in December, parcel still not arrived. Contacted customer service multiple times with no resolution to the matter. Had to purchase through John Lewis. Still not got a refund or any response to my emails. Worst customer service I have had in as long as I can remember. Extremely disheartening after hearing so many good things for the brand.

My necklace holder arrived really quickly it’s a good weight I would have liked it a bit taller so my necklaces didn’t hang down so much in the bottom but very satisfied with my purchase.

I was given a Stackers online gift voucher for Christmas and decided to purchase 3 large layers - the bracelet display drawer, trinket layer and the ring & accessory layer. Was very happy with how they were packaged and sent to me and they look fantastic on my dressing table top. I love that my bracelets can be on display when I'm not wearing them and to have my earrings separated into pairs in the trinket layer means I can see them so much easier. My necklaces no longer get tangled together and overall I'm really happy with my experience shopping from Stackers.

I ordered an 8 piece watch box having ordered from stackers before. The box arrived as expected well packaged and with one of the better couriers. The materials used and the feel of the box were very good. watches fit perfectly and look good through the clear panel. All in all a very good product and I would buy again. My only negative is the price which I do feel is slightly too much but you make a choice when deciding to purchase. Everything on the web site us very clear. Overall very happy with my box

I received my jewel boxes damaged and I was told to send them back for replacement. I received automated email that stackers have received damaged goods and will presses refund - £4.00
Not great experience or product.

Stunning products. I have a travel jewellery case and a jewellery box. Such amazing quality. Practical but very attractive design with great attention to detail. Always delivered in such nice packaging feels like a real indulgence but for a really reasonable price.

The jewellery tray is for my daughter, to go with the jewellery box I got her for Christmas. She was thrilled with the jewellery box but just needed an additional tray to accommodate all her pretty things

I am delighted with my lavender jewelry box. I customized it into a 3-level box, there is a good variety of layers to choose from, allowing for perfect organization. The thoughtful partitioning keeps everything neatly in place, and the quality is truly impressive. It arrived well packaged, ensuring it was in perfect condition.
Not only is it functional, but it’s also a joy to look at.

The vanity case and jewellery storage I ordered are perfect for the what I bought them for. The designs are aesthetically and leading and very practical for use. I highly recommend the company and the products. The service received was impeccable

Excellent service, comms, well packed, fast delivery. Stackers is second to none. A wide range to choose from. Lovely, subtle colours.

I ordered a 4 stacker jewellery box which was amazing - such good quality!
I did have a small issue with the personalisation. I emailed Stackers directly and they immediately rectified this for me in such a quick time frame. The customer service was fast, helpful and polite. I will definitely order from them again.

Wonderful jewellery box stacking system and well organised toilet bag arrived promptly. Loved the jewellery box so much I ordered another layer so I have now got rid of all the annoying little boxes I had and can see everything in one place. Wish I'd done it years ago.

The laptop bag that doubles as a backpack is beautifully made and it's lovely to find one that is also for ladies.
Communication was excellent and delivery was quick. I would recommend this company. 🙂. I would have also have loved to purchase the laptop backpack however it's was too small for a 15" laptop. It is a lovely shape and would be great if you had made a slightly larger one.

This was a present for my daughter for her birthday. It arrived quickly and very well wrapped and protected.
It is well made and looks beautiful on her chest of drawers. It is great for organising all her bottles and perfumes. Even got room for lipsticks and other bits. It is easy to clean around the organiser as you just lift it up by the handle and everything is in one place. Both she and I are really pleased with the product.
