Stackers Avis 570

Ordered on 22nd March for a Mother’s Day gift to be delivered direct to my Mum. She still hasn’t received the item. Not happy with the service.
Received an email on 7th April. My order was received but never processed!
Stackers sent the item out to mum and she received it on 8th April. She loves the gift but element of surprise was gone and two weeks late (missed Mother’s Day!)….. just an apology that it was their mistake.

Ordering, delivery and products all excellent. Gifts really liked so thank you.

I bought a supersized blush jewellery box for my daughter and she accidentally shattered the glass top when moving . Luckily the stacking system allows for just replacing the top tray not the whole box. So glad I bought this.

Very disappointing quality! Clearly no one at the brand has ever tried any item in the manicure set as otherwise I doubt it would be sold under the brand logo. None of the items can be used, the scissors are totally bland and wont even cut through a piece of paper. I will return it but just read that I will be charged £4 for it! I think that is unacceptable.

Bought the navy blue backpack for our recent Asian holiday. Beautifully crafted, loved all the individually sized pockets. The bag has travelled to Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan. Travelled on long flights. Not a scratch or marks, beautifully made. Thank you

I love the diaper bag from Stackers! It just makes sense to add it to your list of essentials! Once you no longer need it for diapers, it will come in handy for day to day use! I do love that it’s a family run business too

Ordered a white jewellery box with debossed personalisation of initials. The jewellery box is fantastic but the debossing is barely noticeable on the white colour, so maybe double check with their helpful customer service team first? Stackers were very responsive and helpful with this issue. Would definitely order with them again.

Absolutely amazing customer service

I recently bought the laptop backpack for work and it has massively improved my organisation and saved my back making the journey to work much easier! There are a lot of pockets and I particularly like the key clip, makes them easy to find when I'm walking to the car.

I only downgraded to a 4* review because the zip on the pocket inside the flap got stuck on the fabric inside and it was really difficult to free it. I almost had to cut it open to get my card out and I'm worried about using this pocket again. Also, the front pocket is very narrow so it can really only hold pens basically because when I put my earbud case in it puts a lot of strain on the fabric and the zip can't go around easily.

The drink holder inside is great but bear in mind it works best for a 500ml narrow bottle and it will not fit a stanley cup esp. with your laptop in there too.

I am very happy with my large Stackers makeup organiser. It is well made and absolutely perfect

My granddaughter asked for a Stackers box for her charms. I loved the fact I could personalise it with her initials. Delivery was super speedy and when it came I was highly impressed with the quality of the item and the way it had been wrapped for delivery. I thought this product was really good value for the price.

Lovely jewellery travel case, very pleased with it

I bought a Stackers laptop bag in January and part of it broke this week. I contacted Stackers for support on Monday and Maddie replied within a couple of hours. By 5pm, a replacement had been organised and a DPD tracking number provided. The bag arrived today (Thursday).
I am extremely impressed with their customer service, I had no idea their bags have a warranty and Maddie told me this immediately.
I look forward to buying directly from Stackers in the future as they have a great attitude towards their customers.

I was looking for a backpack that I can carry all my work essentials for and this was perfect, you really do get what you pay for, it looks more expensive than it is and has everything you need multiple pockets and just a great backpack

I came across Stackers on an Instagram advert I'd never seen them before I saw the new range heart ❤ make up bag & ordered it it arrived super fast! When it arrived its such a lovely quality item, they are not a budget range you pay for the good quality tho , I'll definitely be ordering more
