The laundry basket was sent only I a plastic bag and not in a box and that's why lst its shape. I should have returned it.

Good storage within the rucksack but a little disappointed with the quality for the price, arrived with creases in the outer material and after 1 weeks' use side poppers broken.

I’m awaiting a refund, had no correspondence in over a week since I returned the item.

Be careful with your first order. It originally said 10% off but this offer miraculously disappeared and was replaced, at the end, with 10% off my “next” order. Bit cheeky that.

I love my new jewellery box especially when I can buy further sections to stack on top as my clection grows. At the moment I'm currently going through my jewellery and filling it up. I highly recommend Stackers.

I absolutely love this jewellery box!! Great quality, stores so much and easily accessible with the stacking design. I opted for the Metallic Pearl which is a lovely colour and I got a little gold paw print embossed on the lid. The item was in the best quality packaging I've ever seen and my order was delivered in good time. Having left my email address for notification of when my product was in stock, I was duly notified. I immediately ordered two and they arrived 3 days later. Beautifully packaged, protected and as expected. Now for the joy of setting it up.

I have wanted to replace my previous jewellery box for a long time as it had suffered water damage however I could never find one that suited my requirements. I was therefore extremely happy when I stumbled upon Stackers. As close to a bespoke jewellery box as you could find. Easy to order the various elements using the drop down menus and arrived promptly (especially considering this was around Christmas time). The necklace and earring accessories mean that my jewellery is easy to see whilst at the same time is kept securely in place and tidy. The only negative (and this is very small) is that I have a couple of pairs of hooped earrings that I can not fit onto the earing accessory. As previously stated this was a purchase for myself however the way the pieces arrived, individually wrapped and sealed in tissue paper, it would be lovely to present as a gift. I shall definitely be spreading the word.

I ordered this bag for an upcoming trip. I did a lot of research with other companies that sell a very similar product. I ultimately chose the more expensive option, which was stacker. Because I feel the quality would be better. I receive my bag and I was right it came packaged like a very expensive handbag would come. The leather material the bag is made out out of very good quality. I'm not worried. My bag is gonna rip will be destroyed anytime soon. With that being said, the top zipper of my bag was missing the zip part. I reached out via email and within 12 hours. I had a response they asked for some pictures of the damage which I thought was fantastic. I sent the pictures and they are sending me a new bag with a fixed zip. Thank you Maddie. The customer service was fantastic. I highly recommend spending the extra money to purchase this quality item.
