The best starbucks!
This evening, I was greeted by Holly and Shannon with friendly smiles, which instantly made me feel welcome. I stayed for a while to study, and the atmosphere was comfortable and calm, making it easy to focus. Holly and Shannon were kind and attentive, which really added to the experience. Overall, this Starbucks is a really nice place to study, and the great service made it even better. Thanks girls!

I am writing to share some very positive feedback about my experience at your Starbucks store yesterday at around 17:30 on 22/01/26 at Clapham Junction- platform 13/14.
I was served by a young gentleman whose customer service was genuinely exceptional. He was extremely polite, warm, and professional, with excellent people skills — particularly impressive given how busy a station environment can be.
He went above and beyond by taking the time to make me a coffee that was not even on the menu, purely to ensure I enjoyed my drink. The result was outstanding — it was honestly the best pistachio latte I have ever had. I am quite particular about coffee, having previously worked in a coffee shop, so I don’t say this lightly.
I felt it was important to share this because I previously used to visit the Worthing Broadwater Starbucks branch regularly, but stopped due to consistently poor customer service and coffee quality. Yesterday’s experience at your Clapham Junction store was a complete contrast and reminded me of how good Starbucks can be when staff are well trained, engaged, and customer-focused.
He is a real credit to your team and truly deserves recognition.

Had to have takeaway cup has no cups clean . I have arthritis so not safe with take away cup . All staff serving and no one clearing tables or they’d have had cups . Was told no clean plates either . Staff are too busy getting the money in at till without managing the clear away that needs doing . No real concern from staff of the inconvenience to patrons

Visited Starbucks in newcastle, Neville street, uk. I asked for two babychinos and the barista asked if I wanted it foamy or milky. I said milky, he then charged me 2.15 each for the smallest cup of milk you’ve ever seen (rather than free). I didn’t know, and it’s only 4 quid. But he knew exactly what he was doing.

my mobile was upgraded, and starbucks app dissappeared, been 2 days trying 2 days to reset password, frankly they are not worth the bother, will stick to costa coffee, dont need an app there dont see why others who have an app, can get better deals, things have got worse in UK, the customers are not looked after, only technology means something to them, who ever invented the password, a prime example of the educated fool, been to school and learnt it in a book

went to starbucks in beltchley yesterday and my coffee was 4.80 then when i went today they had put the prices up without any warning there are 1000's of people on the starbucks app why couldnt they send a mass email telling loyal customers about the price raise and advertiesed it in store......... this is ridiculous espcially since they did a price raise yet again without warning just before christmas
Shocking value for money
Shame on you Starbucks. Made a pit stop at Hartshead Moor service station, West Yorkshire. Ordered a bacon sandwich and a breakfast roll. Just under £5 each. If a light breeze had come through the filling would have easily blown away, it was that thin and sparce. The roll of the bacon sandwich was also rock hard and inedible. I returned this for a full refund. You need to up your game.

First time in the new Starbucks local…
First time in the new Starbucks local to us - Portland, Dorset. Three times I had to go through the order and still it was wrong (the lady taking our order kept being distracted by her colleague). We were unable to sit and chat to each other as the floor was being hoovered and chairs & tables dragged around (this was after 10am) and we were unable to hear each other. Is the cleaning not done after closing for the day!!!!!! We will not be returning.

I visited Starbucks recently and was very disappointed. The place was absolutely filthy there were stains on the floor and food debris all over the seats. On top of that, the staff weren’t very polite and didn’t even smile during service. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant experience and definitely not what I expect from Starbucks.

I had to reorder my drink 3 times and they still didnt get it right. I ordered a Vanilla Ice Matcha Latte (+Vanilla Cold Foam). We got to the drivethrough window and they passed me my drink. I had 1 sip and I knew it was wrong, they made it with oat milk (it also said oat milk on the lable). I passed it back and said I never asked for oat milk. My partner who was in the driver seat saw them tip half of it out and I had it back in less than 10 seconds. It just tasted of water, so it was clear what they had done. At this point we parked and I got out the car and went inside to specify that I just wanted the correct drink. She remade it again but was clearly distracted by another customer being rude and she never put any Vanilla in it. So it just tasted like a plain matcha very milky latte. Im very awkward so asking again for the correct drink would have made my anxiety go crazy. Im so disappointed with the service today when I normally go here minimum twice a week to get my little treat.

Nice drinks but not clean. Place was not full, staff standing around, table’s covered in food and floor also not cleaned. The roof was full of cobwebs.

Went to Starbucks twice this week at Parr Bridge Tyldesley and both times given takeaway cups , first time they said we’d asked for takeaway and we had not ! Second time on New Years Day we were told no water to wash cups yet I was sure I saw a staff member use the tap and surely if no water nothing else would work for the drinks ! Weak coffee also

Fabulous service from the wonderful female serving at the drive through tonight at Thinford, County Durham. We were passing through and stopped in on the spur of the moment. RIP off Starbucks
We called into a Starbucks drive through premises close to Little Harrowden on the 27th December and ordered 2 x medium latte coffees, when I was asked to pay £9.20p i questioned this thinking they were charging me for large coffees but was told no that’s the price for medium, that is way overpriced and to make matters worse after I’d paid and was pulling out I noticed a Greggs that was part of a garage opposite and their coffee is really lovely and a whole lot cheaper.
