My call was handled by someone who clearly mistook their job for a rudeness competition. Their tone was as sharp as their interest in helping: absolutely none. They responded evasively, withheld important information, and seemed more focused on wasting my time than solving anything. If the goal was to make me feel scammed, they achieved it with flying colors. A true masterpiece of terrible service. Congratulations.

This company is built on deception. They lie to customers, train employees to push misleading info, and load contracts with hidden fees that were never explained. They’ll promise great service, then disappear once they’ve locked you in.
They also treat their employees terribly—stealing commissions and rerouting accounts to themselves. It’s a dishonest operation from top to bottom.
If you’re thinking of doing business with them: DON’T. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually has integrity.
