The company is doing fine with us. Sometimes tech help is difficult to connect up with, but the techs are very knowledgeable. There are some features we would like to see added such as an item count that deducts lowers the item count when ordered instead of when paid for.... People run tabs and the item count stays the same, then we have items ordered that are depleted and we have to manually reduce the count to zero and go back to the customer and explain why the item that was ordered is not available. .Time consuming and a source of irritation to the customer.

Dollar discount city my store with slices merchant my credit card provider they charge my profit and my bank account for scammers with knowing me they owed me $21,000 and scammers charge stolen credit and use my merchant number

Slice has had excellent customer service ever since we have joined. Brett Seltzer responds quickly and is very helpful with anything we need. We have never had an issue go unresolved for more than a few hours. I would recommend Brett and Slice to anyone interested in a new merchant service provider.

This is one efficient company, from the day of the application, to approval to equipment arriving, and the first day charges are in the bank account the next day. I recommend Slice to anyone needing merchant services.

Apparently this company likes to hang up on perspective customers.
I wouldn't recommend Slice, but today Jamey was the exception to usually poor customer support in general or sales/tech support.
Jamey was very kind, helpful and professional.

BE WEARY about long-term contracts. Even if your business closes, there is little to nothing they will do to assist you with getting yourself released from your contract with Clover (Finova Capital).
All I asked was to make 110% sure everything transferred over into the new system.
DID NOT?!?!?!
I left another Clover rep for them. They are seriously full service. Explained everything well, came in and installed, offered free receipt paper and labels!!! Then had the nerve to bring ME a thank you gift. They care and they are knowledgeable. Can't ask for more from a team.
