i don't leave reviews often but mae was great, so fast to help me and kind and even took the time to call me cause the website just wasn't making sense which wasn't her fault at all so thanks i would suggest if you're struggling with anything to ask for her 👍🏻

First booking completed as a Host
I've just completed my first booking as a host on Stashbee. The platform is very simple, user-friendly and everthing feels seemless from booking to payment. I would definitely continue to use this service. The only criticism I have is the Customer Support. I had a query to raise and tried to speak to someone on the phone via their main contact number but an automated message stated that Stashbee no longer accepts inbound calls, so there is absolutely no way to speak to a human. The only other option to use is their online Chat service, which I thought should be quick. An automated chatbot runs through the basic questions and answers with you, and if it's not the answers you're looking for, it then tries to connect you to an Agent. It took nearly 2 hours for an Agent to connect to the chat! So whilst the platform is great, I do think Customer Support needs to be drastically improved.

Host never replied
The host Jeff never did reply and there was not enough room on his drive for my van and I asked for a refund and never got one this was my first time using stashbee although they were excellent the host was not
