Mae was super helpful
Mae was super helpful in sorting out a mistake I had made with booking an additional storage unit. She was very understanding and quick to solve the problem, communicating with me all through the process. Setting up the finance to pay for the storage unit was easy too and all ran smoothly. Using Stashbee has been really easy
Using Stashbee has been really easy. I found just what i needed, with a great landlord/ owner. Communication was really easy and the sign on, rental agreement and payment process was simple and worked well. I have used Stashbee since 2019 and any minor issues have been resolved simply and in a friendly and timely manner. I would definitely use them and recommend them.

Efficient Website and BOT interaction
Everything is remote and all the site works. Tricky in some areas but the bot responds very quickly. Overall pretty good. I've seen a lot worse!!

Once I raised a query about my listing not appearing on another website which is used by Stashbee to advertise, I was immediately connected with Mae. Mae ensured that it was escalated and that the team responsible for the listing were informed so they could rectify the issue.

Item Guarantee problem
There was an issue with the Item Guarantee which was not required for a motor vehicle and Svetlin was really helpful in getting it removed from the charge
