SFS are deceptive and incompetent at the same time. I have returned a vehicle to them and closed the account yet I am being issued statements of being in arrears. This is extremely dangerous practice and demonstrates they don't even know where their vehicles are. It's a smash and grab approach.
Let this review be a warning to potential SFS customers. They want to take your money - plain and simple. They have no interest in managing accounts properly, answering the phone, responding to emails, treating people fairly or being factually correct.
In the 4 years I have had the misfortune of having to engage with SFS, I have had nothing but trouble and frustration. Do not use them.
