Call centre staff I spoke to were very polite and helpful apart from 1 when I’d been waiting in the queue for 20+ minutes only for the agent when asking for my name the call was cut! Was not happy in repeating the process!
Dislike the menu driven system when speaking directly to a person would be far quicker in getting to required department.
