Over 3 Months to deal with a complaint and still not reimbursed
It took 3 months to process a complaint for a car that was illegally faulty since the day of delivery. Multiple calls to Stellantis and promises that I would get a call back from a manager, but never had a call returned. Without a car for 9 weeks out of the first 3 months as it had a faulty speedo. I have never experienced such poor customer service. My financial agreement has now been cancelled, but still no refund and now close to 4 months of complaining. The dealer returned the cash to Stellantis in full for the faulty car 2 weeks ago, yet Stellantis have STILL not reimbursed me! Appalling.

Customer service was great
Customer service was great. The form was self explanatory. The only British was it would have been easier to fill in if it could have been typed instead of written. But all in all a good experience.

Spoke to someone very helpful about early settlement as i will need to rather suddenly move out of the country but after hours of waiting I’ve still not received information to log into my account and the terms of the early settlement.
