Customer service was great. The form was self explanatory. The only British was it would have been easier to fill in if it could have been typed instead of written. But all in all a good experience.

Spoke to someone very helpful about early settlement as i will need to rather suddenly move out of the country but after hours of waiting I’ve still not received information to log into my account and the terms of the early settlement.

If I could give 0 stars I would. A constant stream of letters, texts & emails demanding money & telling me I was in default/arrears when I owe nothing. Not very happy at all because its caused me so much unnecessary stress. I've made a complaint, but considering contacting the Ombudsman too because I feel like I'm being harassed now.

Fraudulent charges
Billed me for a dent that was on the car on delivery and recorded as such.
Delivery mileage was added to my bill also
Deducting the delivery miles would have kept me below my allowance so why have you billed me?
Also never answer emails or calls I will avoid in the future and advise anyone else to do the same

I’ve been calling them recently on some concerns and queries regarding my car and I have to say each time I’ve called them their customer service is exceptional!!
