I'm ok with Stellantis since they took over from Vauxhall Finance. Hence why I purchased a new Vauxhall using their services. The only drawback is having to use electronic communication and signatures nowadays.

I was owed a refund and instead of getting it back immediately, I was asked to send lots of documents first. Still not heard back even though I advised this would cause financial hardship. Very disappointing

A little more communication
I requested to move the payment date, and then received an email on how did we do.
I didn’t know if it had been accepted as there was no confirmation.
It did change in my account so I am waiting to see.
Still a great company, just a little co formation would have been great before how did the team do.
