Stonetrader Avis 

I own an installation company and i have been using Stone Traders since they began operating.
Their service and prices are amongst the best in the country.
I would not hesitate to recommend them highly.
Nothing to is too much and the guys who work out in the yard are super helpful and get you loaded and out of there in minutes.
Well done Stone Traders.

3 delivery dates and times and still no show. Booked a Friday delivery for job to start following Tues. Tiles didn't arrive. Telephoned the company on Saturday to be told they had put them in a pre 10am delivery for Tuesday. Tiles didn't arrive. Rang on Tuesday to be told they were on a pre 10am delivery for Weds. Tiles didn't arrive. Rang and told they would be there for 12pm. They weren't but did arrive that day. Each advisor was unhelpful and said they hadn't dealt with the order so didn't know more. Save your time and money and buy elsewhere.

We ordered the tiles with a two day delivery, a month later they were not delivered. We called and were fobbed off saying they were out for delivery many times. This went on for a few weeks, eventually we requested a refund. I wouldn't waste your time ordering from Stonetrader.

Wanted a sample - ordered from website which did not arrive so phoned. very helpful, further sample sent which arrived next day. nice sample

Efficient delivery, great product and even better prices !!

Sample had to be paid for and arrived broken in jiffy bag.

Another supplier did not charge, put in a box with mini brochure and got the order

The tile I ordered arrived in small broken pieces in totally inappropriate packaging. And as a sample, which I paid for, was not fit for purpose. I sent an email re this but no reply so far????
I know it’s only one tile but I would have appreciated a reply or a sorry.

Very happy with these tiles! Choosing a delivery date was also a bonus. Couldn't pay using the mobile version of the site so had to borrow a laptop to complete the order.

I was sent the completely incorrect tile sample, sent email which I am still awaiting a reply too? Sadly having to look elsewhere lots of tile companies.

I have been a customer of Stonetrader for around 7 years. They have always represented vfm and you will be hard pressed to beat their prices and service. That said my recent order was sent to the wrong location and I received somebody else’s order. I called and the incorrect order collected the next day. My order was delivered the day after. Yes a mistake but they rectified that almost instantly no qualms or complaints. I have to say that their customer service was outstanding and I would highly recommend them in every single aspect of their business.

Sample tile was easy to order and came very quickly, well wrapped and in good condition.

Very quick service but unfortunately the sample tile ordered arrived in not much more than a brown envelope. The tile was broken into 3 pieces which was very disappointing

Items received were damaged and broken and no reply from them to rectify. These were sample tiles and were very badly packaged in a bubble envelope. Surprised anything actually came as envelope was completely burst. Would put me off ordering from this company again.

I ordered samples that I paid for, they arrived poorly packaged and broken. I tried calling but no answer and sent an email asking for replacements to which I got no reply. I’m reluctant to place a large order if this is the service just for samples.

Good service. Was not sure about this tile trader as it had mixed reviews. The price was cheap compared to the bigger stores.
Delivery came on the day selected and the tiles were not broken. Delivery driver was not helpful tho as he just dropped the pallet by the kerb and i asked him to bring it a bit closer to the front gate and he refused. Will use again in future.

Ordering online was simple and prices competitive. Delivery directly from the tile manufacturer let the process down as it didn’t arrive on the date confirmed. I contacted stone trader who were very helpful , they called the company and said it would be delivered on another specified date , didn’t arrive ! I called stonetrader again , who called the company again and again until they finally reached someone who said that they had sent it on the wrong truck ! Stonetrader very helpful, it was eventually delivered ! I would recommend Stonetrader , they handled the situation professionally and had I dealt with the tile company directly I would have most likely cancelled .

I ordered a sample tile on 04/12/20. I was sent an email saying it would be delivered on 09/12/20. It is now 15/12/20 and has still not arrived. I telephoned customer services a few days ago and they said it was the fault of Royal Mail. They were not interested in trying to sort out the matter or help in anyway. I would definitely not order from then again or recommend them as I would be worried that my order would never arrive!

A disgraceful company. Getting delivery was a nightmare. Tracking number was unavailable as parcel had not been sent out as they stated.
