Wish I had read reviews on here first,ordered a sample from them for my dad,supposed to take a couple of days and that didn't arrive,dad phoned them and they said they would send it to arrive monday so clearly hadn't sent it,again never arrived,seems this company has an issue sending out samples,ordered a sample tile from elsewhere so they will get our order if they are decent enough to send the samples
**finally received our sample tile and it was broke on the corner,ordered from total tiles Ltd instead without any issues

Never received my samples that I paid a nominal fee for. This week I’ve received a message from Royal Mail saying a parcel hasn’t been delivered because there’s a delivery fee due to pay on it of £3.50. Samples I ordered from fired earth and topp tiles arrived weeks ago that were ordered at the same time.

The quality of the tiles are fabulous! Delivery within days . Very happy to use them again

Tiles were just what we wanted and good quality. They were delivered safely and earlier than predicted.

samples due 21st may, dispatched 25th june. no contact and no explanation. very poor service

Item didn't arrive. If they cant deliver a sample I don't think I will be ordering my tiles from here!

Not sent sample I paid for. Do not buy

Should be no stars for this company, they have taken my money, were not able to deliver the tiles after no communication for over three weeks. They then tell you to get bank reference numbers if you want your money back! They took my money without involving the bank so why involve them now, I have emailed them twice to return my money with my bank details and still no contact from them. I will now be going to the courts to sue them. I would suggest giving this company a wide berth as they aren’t worth the risk.

Poor communication, do not answer emails and phone ordered on the 30th May, supposed to get June 3rd, still waiting.

Order placed no problem & notified of a delivery date of the 27th May, that date has come and gone with no sign of the delivery and no contact from the company, I have tried by phone, email and direct message from my account, but with no response, sadly it looks like I will be going through PayPal for a refund.
I cannot recommend this company at all.

Lovely tiles but currently very poor communication - I've placed 2 orders during lockdown and, for first one, was given a delivery date - which didn't happen and I had to phone to find out what was going on. Current order, delivery date has come and gone, no communication at all as to when it might happen. Tried to phone and no answer. Appreciate tricky times but wouls expect an email with something - anything really!

Good product, had to chase up the delivery however

Only ordered samples, but they never arrived.
E mailed to chase them up, but no reply.
Could be coronavirus related, but order completed and money taken.

Easy enough to order, but delivery wasn't as quick as usual this time and I had to call to chase up the delivery.

I paid for a tile sample and it never arrived.

Outstanding service! I had missed the courier despatch for the next day delivery, yet the chap I spoke to call the courier and called me back to say that he’s managed to get the courier to return.

Good communication and products dispatched quickly.
