Needed tiles to match ones already in cloakroom. Searched all over but found on Stonetrader. Plus they were significantly cheaper even including postage.

I should receive my order on 11/12. Today is 13/12. I wrote you 2 email as I did not received any delivery or any information about delay. Price per tile is not correct or price per m2 is not correct.

Thank you for leaving us a review on trust pilot.
Due to the material of certain tiles they can sometimes be damaged in transit or sometimes shades can vary and they look like different tiles, if we were made aware of this situation we could have had replacements sent to you at the earliest convenience.
Our carrier company have usually high standards but on this occasion they have not let us know about any damages or customers being unhappy with our product.
We are sorry that you have not been happy with the service provided, but if we are made aware then the issue can be rectified.

4 deliveries to get the right tiles!
4 deliveries to get the tiles not broken or the correct colour.
No one called back when they said they would.
Extra 360 on labour costs just so I can get the floor finished.
No compensation.
No reply to my email.
Would not recommend!

Don't waste your time the prices are better elsewhere and the communication is POOR
Contacted them twice through their website for a price match and heard nothing from them so decided to call up. I was told to email the details instead which I did straight away. I received a reply asking how many I needed which again I replied straight away. I heard absolutely nothing back from them, it's been a week now. During the week I was still checking other websites for the tiles I wanted. I was about to order from the website where I saw them cheaper and today they are out of stock. So disappointed, I wish I never wasted my time trying to order through Stonetrader and should have gone with the other company so now I'm left without the tiles I need.

Stonetrader - good value for money
Stonetrader is good value compared with the likes of Wickes etc. Ordering on line was fine and delivery was swift albeit a day late. I'd certainly use them again.
