Very good tiles at a reasonable price. Packaged well and here with in a couple of days. And they look amazing up.

Nice enough product but customer…
Nice enough product but customer service was appalling. Very rude man on the phone, would not use again under any circumstances.
After seeing your reply, the driver did not call ahead or leave a voicemail. Completely untrue. The fact they were dumped in the middle of my driveway rather than in the back garden as requested wasn’t the issue. It was the exceptionally rude man on the phone when I called.

We have looked into this and found that the driver called ahead and left a voicemail regarding the delivery and an estimated time of his arrival. This call was made prior to him dropping the tiles off on your drive as requested on your order. The driver is not insured for the onward movement of the goods. Sorry again for any inconvenience caused.

Stone Trader is a good, well run business
Stone Trader is a good, well run business, we ordered marble tiles over the weekend when other businesses are closed. We received a confirmation of the order and delivery date the same day.
The tiles arrived the next day. Marble is a natural stone and easily chipped and a number of the tiles were damaged, probably in transit. I emailed and received a prompt reply with a generous offer to send out replacements the next day.
This is an example of how to build a strong reputation and a good business. I have found them to be very reliable, which saves time and money.

Good company . .courier service needs sorting .
Prices on some tile are very good. . Sales are very good . . .that's what I've rated on but courier service needs looking at. . .do not communicate at all and not logical . . Costs them money having to 're deliver . .not told when delivery coming also not told I need to sign for them although they could have asked neighbour. . .Just needs a bit of thinking about really . If I need tiles quickly I would go and pick them up myself because of this which isn't ideal . .no problem with other tile companies I use . . . Either have a word or change courier there's plenty of good ones out there.

i was short of 9 tiles
i was short of 9 tiles, TOPPS TILES who i bought the originals off couldnt supply for 5 days, so i got them off STONETRADER for half the price and where thicker. if i knew about stonetrader i would of saved myself a lot of money. i would definitely reccomend them.

Quality product and delivered on time as described. First impressions were not the best as the person answering telephone questions was not the most helpful nor enthusiastic.
Some of the tiles were broken when delivered which was disappointing.
However the quality of the product means I would order again.

Not what I ordered, but...
The online ordering was easy to follow with help to work out tiles needed. I was disappointed when the mosaic tiles arrived however because they were supposed to be yellows and browns and many of them are mainly or totally white. I bought them to add a splash of colour to my white bathroom! I understand there is going to be variation, but feel that the tiles are not what I ordered.
Supplementary to above: Company apologised and sent me 3 additional sheets of mosaic after reading the above review. Very pleased with their response. Would now recommend highly.
