Metro tiles
Product was good price but palette delivery meant was left on side of kerb for me to off load and carry on myself. Delivery driver was not helpful. I noticed that the top 2 tiles in one box are broken.

Really pleased that you're happy with the price of our products. With regards to the delivery service we off, it is a kerbside delivery as per our delivery information on the product page of our site. The driver isn't responsible for the on wards movement of the goods at the property.
I am really sorry that you've received some damaged tiles. If you email us regarding this with the details we will either get them replaced or refund you for them if they aren't required.

Simple, straight forward, no-fuss tile delivery at a good price. Pleased with the tiles, service and delivery. I would absolutely use them again (but hope I don't have to an time soon).

I bought white Travertine stone tiles. The Stonetrader website is very user friendly and the order process was easy. Delivery was straightforward and efficient and I'm happy with the quality of the tiles. I shall use Stonetrader again and would recommend them to others.

Second time I've used them now and both …
Second time I've used them now and both times have been completely trouble free. Best price I could find for the tiles I wanted, delivery was free and the driver put a large pallet of tiles and adhesive exactly where I wanted it. Would definitely recommend to anyone with no hesitation.

Good sample sent and quick but delivery costs a really high for me to order the tiles.

With regards to our delivery charges, the reason we charge this amount on our metro range is because we have found that sending this type of tile which is fragile until fixed on the wall via a parcel carrier has resulted in high volumes of damaged and unusable product. Which has caused delay and disruption to ongoing projects. This is why we now send all metro orders on a pallet regardless of the size to insure they arrive in good condition.
We do subsidised the delivery cost from our carriers to ensure we are giving our customers the best possible value for money on orders of this type.
