This was my second purchase.

My order arrived within 8days. It is able to replace my old battery without fitting problems. When in battery operation mode, it seems to dischage to 10% with 4-5 hr operation. Not sure why it behsves so.

Ordered March 17th and I received it on March 30th. The battery works great and it has no issues. Packaging was very good too. Tracking of the item is a bit tricky though.

Delivery is quite fast as I received the goods within 2 weeks, the seller are very responsive to my enquiries, and the price is reasonable.
Less one star is because they never inform me that they has replaced my order with another competitive model until I find out myself. Hope they can improve on this. Will come back for second purchase when needed in future.

2nd time my battery stop charging for my 7yo laptop. The last one was bought online at 70+sgd. This time found a cheaper option. Hand delivered and pretty fast despite CNY period. Battery was well packed in bubble wrap and a box. Test working and was charging nicely. Came with 90%, probably lost some charge during delivery. Easy payment via PayPal too.

Ordered 1 x 800514-001 batteries | genuine Hp 800514-001 laptop battery from Storebattery. As soon as they opened office on 8Feb from Chinese New Year break, they promptly shipped the battery and i received on 14Feb. The battery works great, and installs well, no issues whatever. Packaging was very well protected with Foam inside the Box + envelope that was bubble wrapped. Strongly recommended!
