Exellent service and communication
Exellent service and communication, very polite and helpful. The product (Wood burner) that I purchased, is realy well made and very good looking and real value for money. The only downside I have is the delivery cost (£250). I do live in Shetland and I expected the delivery to be more than the norm. I have had large heavy items delivered from England before but never as costly as this. Considering it is free delivery anywhere in UK mainland including up to Aberdeen.
Never the less we are very pleased with the product

We completely understand your frustration regarding the delivery cost to Shetland. Transporting heavy, palletised freight offshore comes with significant specialist courier fees—and while we do heavily subsidise all off-mainland shipping rates to keep them as fair as possible, we know it's still a noticeable extra expense. We really appreciate your understanding, and we hope the stove keeps you warm for years to come!

Beautiful looking stove but extremely heavy will require 2 people to bring it in the house. Haven’t lit it yet as ordered during heatwave so looking forward to winter!

Genuinely great experience.
Great burner at an equally great price which is a great start. Delivery was easy and on the day promised with an eta beforehand, but I was prepared for the 7.5t truck and pallet delivery after checking with Stove World.
All now fitted and looking forward to using it when it cools off and all at small proportion of the cost of other options from different suppliers.

The Stove was delivered on time and…
The Stove was delivered on time and very well packaged. I bought it because my HETAS installer recommended the company and approved the brand. It was on a limited time offer so I had it sent a couple of months before installation, so I cannot comment on its effectiveness at this stage.

Timely delivery and good communication however the mantle is not the colour we were hoping for and for me not authenticate enough. Feels tinny to touch.
