I was sent the wrong colour beam on 2…
I was sent the wrong colour beam on 2 occasions & then another beam was sent to me that I didn’t order.
I needed to wait in for deliveries PJs and collection.
However customer services were easy to communicate with and were quite helpful.

Fire bricks
Had ecosy panoramic from Stoveworld 3 yerss ago, just had to replace fire bricks, perfect fit, can't fault Stoveworld, great company to deal with

Our new Hampton 5 stove is fantastic! Really smart , has the feel of a wood burning stove with conveniences of the bio fuel, really good communication with the team when I had an enquiry re the decorative flue, excellent service delivery, I can highly recommend, surprisingly good heat in a smallish sitting room ,

Easy to use service
Easy to use service, swift and friendly delivery.
The Stove is incredible. Had a lovely BBQ then removed the griddle to have a warming fire.
